Ciel: Sebastian because he's amazing at pretty much everything, and Ciel is scared to lose you to him because of Sebastian's looks and talents.

Sebastian: Claude. He's afraid that you think Claude is better looking and just overall better than him.

Soma: Agni. He's nervous about you wanting a calmer and kinder person to be with.

Agni: Soma because he's scared that you want someone more excitable and less calm.

Finny: Sebastian. He's afraid that you don't want someone who's extremely emotional about such small things and that you want somebody more mature and organized, like Sebastian.

Claude: William. He's afraid that you'd like William better than him, for whatever reason he may have.

Baldroy: Finny because he's afraid that you'll want someone who's much more innocent (seemingly) and strong, like Finny.

Undertaker: Baldroy. He's scared you'd want someone less creepy and someone more like Bard.

Alois: Ciel. He's afraid you'll leave him for Ciel because he's not all over the place with his emotions like Alois is. He's also scared that you think Ciel is more attractive than him.

Triplets: Each other. Let's be honest, sometimes they hate sharing you with one another, wanting to have you all to themselves. It's no wonder they'd be jealous of one another. Oh, and Alois.
