It's a late summer night and it's building up to a thunderstorm. Kit was alone in his dorm, reading for his studies at the University.

Beam had gone over to Forths place and Kit understood that it was no use in trying to get a hold of him. Kit noticed how the air was starting to get warmer and he could sense a thunderstorm coming. And when he saw the flash of light he knew he was going to have a long night. You see kit hated thunder and lightning more than anything and especially when he was alone.

As Kit heard the first peal of thunder he started feeling anxious. He was sitting on the floor with his knees to his chest trying to calm down as the thunderstorm continued. He didn't even notice when his boyfriend Ming came knocking on his door.

Ming who had a spare key unlocked the door and ran as fast as he could to his boyfriend who was sitting there terrified on the floor.

"M-Ming... I'm s-sorry..."

"hey hey hey, babe it's okay... You're safe now, I'm here I won't let you go... Shhh it's going to be okay..."

Ming took out a pair of headphones and put them into Kits ears, he started playing some soft music to calm Kit down and he soon calmed enough to fall asleep in Mings arms. The younger man could still feel how his cute, and fragile boyfriend was gripping tight to his t-shirt not wanting to let him go.

Ming had to thank Beam for letting him know about how Kit was afraid of the thunder and lightning. If it hadn't been for Beam his Kit probably would have spent the whole night scared as hell.

Later in the night, when Kit was sound asleep. Ming lifted Kit into his arms and carried him over to the bed. He put Kit down and sat down beside him holding him close and soon he fell asleep in this position as well...

The time was almost 2 am when Kit work up finding his Mingmong sitting against the top of the bed with his arms around Kit's own waist. He slowly got up trying not to wake Ming up and went to the end of the bed before he pulled on Mings legs to make him slide down into a a more comfortable position. Then he crawled back into the bed and cuddled close to Ming.

"Thank you for taking care of me. And thank you for coming into my life and completing me. I love you Ming."

Kit said while looking at his sleeping boyfriend before he laid down with his head on Mings chest and went back to sleep.

Okay so I know this is really short but I kind of just got a little idea, because I'm also afraid of the thunder and lightning and something like this actually happened to me once. Therefore I thought why not write something about it while there was a thunderstorm going on...
