More grimm. Lets see if the girl can prove at least a little fruitful...

Luma: "Grimm!"

Y/N: *Sarcastically* "Oh really? Where?"

Luma: "Right there! In front of us!"

Y/N: *Face palm* "It's called sarcasm... Whatever."

Luma got her glyph ready.

Y/N: "This doesn't seem to be a decent batch of monsters... Oh well, Luma, I want you to kill them, by your self, without my help, to prove your self at least something more than a nuisance."

Luma: "A-Alright! Can do!"

Luma then summoned some boulders (think a little larger than a basketball) and killed the grimm, by overwhelming them with rocks.

Y/N: "So, you can do more than fireballs?"

Luma: "Yup! I know how to summon fireballs, boulders, ice balls, and a lightning zap! I'm also practicing to learn more spells!"

Y/N: "Uh huh..."

You watched as the summoned boulders dissolved into seemingly nothing.

Luma: "H-Have I proven myself...?"

Y/N: "Uh, yeah. I guess."

Luma: "Yaaay!"

With that Luma gave you a big hug.

Y/N: "Hey-?! What the-!?"

Luma: "I told you I'm not useless!"

Y/N: "Uh huh, right. Let go."

Luma seemed to realize what she was doing.

Luma: "O-Oh! S-Sorry! I'm so sorry!"

Y/N: "Ugh, just don't do that again."

Luma: "Y-Yes... Of course..."

*POV change*
Rog Tacher:

Well after landing I didn't have much of a plan... I was putting money on finding that Terumi guy as my partner since he's the only person I actually had a conversation with...

Ah well, I'll just go with flow. Something up in the northern part, I remember hearing Ozpin say. Probably shoulda listened more but I was waaay out there while I stood there, then I was launched.

*BOOM*

An explosion? Better check it out.

I reached where I heard the explosion and saw some ursas and beowolves trying to attack some girl with brown hair and a rocket launcher.

*BOOM*

Oh, she fired another shot at a group of ursas. I figured I should at least help her, so I got my dual axes, switched them to smg form and started firing, attracting some of the grimm's attention.

One beowolf rushed at me but I dodged and fired, I heard heavy steps approach me, and turned around to be met with ursa headed towards me. I dodged, last second. I like doing things last second but that was a bit too uncomfortable for my taste...

Anyways, I thought I'd go ahead and finish this, since it seems that girl got the rest of them. And she seems to be having a good time since she's laughing.

I changed my smgs back to axe form and charged the Beowolf. I sliced at it with both my axes killing it. Then the ursa started charging at me. I panicked, and used my semblance, which summoned magic shards and launched them at the grimm. The ursa had its body pierced with shards, then fell over, dead.

I got on my knees and started taking deep breaths. My semblance always drained me if I use it too much. I panicked and summoned more shards than I needed to...

???: "Hey there! Are you alright?"

Looking up, I see that brown haired girl. She has green eyes.

???: "Why are you on your knees? Are you praying?"

I get up.

Rog: "*Chuckles*, No. I'm just tired, that's all."

???: "Oh! Well I'm Lata Basty! My favorite color is orange! Like your eyes! Who are you? What's your favorite color?!"

Rog: "I'm Rog Tacher. My favorite color is brown."

Lata: "Cool! We're partners! So that means we have to watch each others backs now!"

Rog: "Yup. You know where we're supposed to be goin to?"

Lata: "The temple! Come on! Let's start going there!"

Rog: "Ok... Hey wait up!"
