16. "So where is everyone going to sleep?"

It's the next morning and I open my eyes to find the sun beaming through the cracks in the shutters. I slowly get out of bed and open the window so I get some air in the room. I then head downstairs into the kitchen to find a note on the table.

'Hey Soph,
I I didn't want to wake you so I'm leaving you a note instead. I'm on the way to the airport with Frederick to pick up some friends who I invited to stay at the house. Hope you don't mind and I shouldn't be long. Their flight is on time so I should be home by lunchtime. We might go to the shops before we come to the house to get some food for dinner so text me if you have any requests. See you when I'm back.

I read the second sentence over and over. Not to sound rude but me and Ella don't really have many friends. It's sort of only been me and Ella so I wonder who it is she's invited.

I grab some fruit which is the only food there is in the house then I put on a bikini and head down to the pool. I plug my phone into the speaker and close my eyes as I lie on the sun bed to try and get some rest before chaos hits the house.

"No, she has no idea that you're all coming." I hear a faint voice coming from the house behind me.

"Sophie we're back!" I hear Ella shout.

I stand up from my sun bed and lift my head up to follow where Ella's voice came from. On the terrace is Ella, Brad, Tris, James and Connor.

What the fuck?!

The four boys smile and wave at me whilst I just stand there shocked. I run up the stairs and give them all big hugs.

"What the hell are you all doing here!" I say to them.

"Ella thought it would be nice for us to come and for the six of us to spend time together." Brad says.

"Sophie I hope you don't mind." Ella says to me with a worried look on her face.

"Of course I don't but how did you get in contact with them?" I ask her while the four boys are still standing next to us.

"She was spamming all of our dms and eventually I replied to her and we all made a group chat and organised it together." Connor explains.

This could be nice I guess. The four boys and me and Ella. This gives me and Brad time together alone without our parents but knowing we can't do anything because all of our friends are here.

Realisation then hits me.

"So where is everyone going to sleep?" I question as we're walking into the hall so the boys can grab their suitcases.

This house is big for sure but there's 6 of us and there's not 6 bedrooms so some of us are going to have to bunk up together.

I see the boys all looking at each other and Ella let's out a small smirk.

"Well we have 5 bedrooms but only really 4 because the fifth one is tiny and it's not fair for one of you to sleep in there so work it out between the lot of you who's sharing." Ella says to me and the boys as we're walking up the stairs.
