It took us three long days just to get to Thaleia's home land which was called Mako Island. I felt really uneasy with Thaleia leaving me behind mostly because I knew nobody here and I honestly hate feeling alone.

"Do you have to go to Atlantis right now Thaleia? I mean can't you at least show me around this mysterious island?"

"I am sorry Aria, but I can not ignore the changes I am feeling within me and quite frankly I love being a siren. I promise you'll be safe in this house, sure it hasn't been used in over a decade but you should be fine. Just remember that I love you and I will return soon."

"Promise me one thing though."

"Sure?"

"Stay away from my sister Aqua."

"Why? I didn't know you had a sister."

"She is dangerous. After my mother declared me as the rightful queen to our pod she tried to kill me in my sleep out of sheer jealousy. Of course my mother couldn't really do anything about it since she's my sibling, but she did warn her that if she where to do such an act again then she would be banished."

"Oh. I'm sorry to hear that it's funny actually, all my life I have always wanted a brother or a sister to help keep me company when my mom worked long weekends but unfortunately my mom can not have anymore more kids. I would say forgive and forget but she tried to kill you, so I understand your reason for hating her."

Thaleia smiled at me before pressing her soft warm lips on top of my forehead as she caressed my cheek making me smile.

"I love you Aria, and I do not wish to loose you so please stay safe."

"I will as long as you stay safe as well."

"Don't worry, I'll be fine and I'll be back before you know it. The island is a safe place to explore and have fun, just stay away from Aqua."

"Ok." I say quietly as I watched Thaleia enter the Vast and mysterious water helplessly as I held Mira in my arms gently before turning around surprising myself as I see a dark green women with red hair and light green eyes completely naked making me cheeks grow red as I quickly looked away.

"Hello Aria. I believe you are holding my granddaughter, can I hold her? Also you needn't to worry about Thaleia's safety, she is a strong siren."

"Your Thaleia's mother?"

"She is also my mate."

I jump at the sound of Thaleia's mom right in front of me making me cheeks heat up even more as she was completely naked as well. Did they seriously not wear clothes when they come out of the water?

"Oh, um I would let you hold her but I would need to know your name first." I kept my eyes screwed shut as I heard light chuckling.

"My name is Jade, also you do not have to keep your eyes closed Aria we are not ashamed of our bodies."

"It's fine I'll just keep them closed, mostly because I only wish to see Thaleia's naked body."

"Hmmm, your loyal to my daughter? I may just learn to like you rather then wish you dead. But if you are that uncomfortable with seeing us naked then I suppose I could get back to my siren form before I hold my granddaughter."

"Thank you, that would be much appreciated."

"Keep in mind though that if you make one wrong move against me or my people then I will have you killed."

Surly she wouldn't actually kill me right? I mean I'm Thaleia's mate so technically I'm her daughter as well.
