By the time Marinette had finished packing and I had finished packing and the Uber driving around and stuff, it had practically been 6 or 7 hours.

So, when we reached the airport, there was one hour until dad's plane arrived.

We talked to the staff and I told them about my private jet and as it turned out, both of our names were on the computer.

"Okay, sir. Let me just get one of the staff on the call since minors aren't supposed to be walking around alone in the airport, unsupervised." Said the staff.

"Okay." Said Marinette.

"We'll just sit over there..." I said and took Marinette by the hand.

I led her over to some of the chairs and we just sat and waited.

I didn't know what to talk to her about here.

Suddenly, three girls came up to me and they had the biggest smiles on their faces. They were squealing a lot. They also had a sister that appeared to be 5 years old.

"OMG Adrien Agreste... It's really you!" Exclaimed one of them.

"Could we have your autograph?" They asked.

"Oh, who's she? She's pretty." Said the little girl.

I saw Marinette blush a little.

"Oh she's just a--"

I was cut off when the oldest girl said, "Girlfriend?"

I was at a loss for words.

"She's just a friend." I said.

Then I looked at Marinette and her face just had this... Upset look.

I felt a bit guilty.

I gave them their autograph and we took a couple of selfies together, Marinette included.

Then the oldest girl turned to me and asked," Is your friend a model or something? She turns out so well on pictures!"

"Maybe she's an upcoming model. I suggest you take her autograph."I said.

The girls then took her autograph too and they asked her for her name.

" Marinette Dupain-Cheng and Adrien Agreste! "Called out the staff from behind the desk.

Marinette smiled at them and so did I and we left the three girls.

" Those girls are nice. "Said Marinette.

" Yeah, they are pretty nice. "I replied.

" Okay so, this will be your guide. But you see, your plane has landed but it needs to refuel so we ask you to stay at the IKEA lounge so that no more people can bother you and your friend. Plus, there will be drinks and food for as long as you'd like. The expenses have been covered by Mr. Gabriel Agreste. " said the staff.

"Thank you, where is it?" I asked.

"The guide will show you the way." She said.

"Okay. Thank you." I said as the guide began to walk.

We walked to terminal 2 and walked into the lounge.

The whole lounge had IKEA furniture and they had a whole selection of food and drink.

"Knock yourself out, Marinette." I smiled.

She was probably so hungry. She ran towards the buffet and started stuffing her face with croissants.

"They remind me of back home." She said through the food.

I chuckled.

Some of the rich people looked at her disapprovingly.

I then cleared my throat and she must've seen it too because she swallowed her food and didn't touch any more of the food.

I kind of felt bad for her. She wasn't used to be being in such places but she'll get used to it by the end of the week.

We then sat down on one of the lounge chairs and she began asking the questions.

"What did your dad mean by participate?" She asked me.

"By that, he means... You're going to either show him your designs or he's going to use you as a model. Or even both, maybe." I said.

I saw her face turn pale.

"Me? On Magazines? On the cat walk? My designs being displayed in the Agreste fashion industry?!" She said, her eyes widening.

"Oh, no, no, no!" She said, almost falling off her seat.

"Marinette, calm down. It's not as big as it sounds." I said, trying to calm her down.

" Well, easy for you to say! Your face is literally everywhere!" She said, panic clearly evident on her.

"You'll get used to it." I sighed.

Suddenly, the woman came up to us and told us the plane is ready.

"Sir, Ma'am. Your jet is ready." Said the woman.

"Let's go." I said, picking up my stuff.

Marinette picked up her suitcase too and we walked out.

We walked out of the airport and as she saw the private jet and her jaw dropped.
