She just stood there. It was as if nothing was happening.

There was no time.

No space.

No sound.

Just absolute nothingness.

It was only me and her.

Her head was hung low.

Suddenly, I heard her speak up.

That's when I came back into reality.

"How long have you known?" She asked.

I scratched the nape of my neck, as heat made it's way up to my cheeks.

"I found out a couple of days back." I said.

She looked up at me.

"How?"

"I, uh, sort of read your diary." I said, looking down in shame.

"And who permitted you to do so?! She raised her voice.

I looked up in shock.

She had tears forming on the sides of her eyes.

"How could you?!" She yelled and ran out.

I could hear the paparazzi asking her questions but she ignored them completely.

She ran the other way and they stayed behind, waiting for me to return.

{Marinette's POV}

I hate both of them!

Chat is a total jerk and now Adrien, too?

I can't trust anyone.

I ran into an alley way, and was about to chant out the words but something stopped me, or shall I say... Someone.

It was a middle aged man who grabbed my shoulders and pinned me to the wall.

I knew I couldn't transform otherwise he'd know.

I tried punching him but another man caught my fist.

He seemed too young to be hanging around this old man.

Suddenly, several other men popped out from behind the boxes that were stacked.

They pulled out knives and smirked at me.

"Do as we say and you'll come out unharmed. Be a good girl." Said the man.

As he spoke, I could smell the stench of beer.

I turned my face away.

He punched my face and it hurt as hell.

He then shook me by the shoulders to try and get my attention but I ignored him even with all this pain.

"Look at this brat. Cut her up." He said, taking his hands off my shoulders.

The other men cornered me into a dead end.

They all had daggers and some had guns.

I looked around for a way out but there was no way of getting out of this situation without revealing my identity.

I could feel Tikki panicking in my purse, but I had more problems to deal with.

One man lunged at me with his dagger.

I grabbed his arm before it went through my abdomen and twisted it so it fell out of his hand.

He fell over in sheer pain.
