I don't recomend you watch the video unless you like music with screaming or even like BMTH, I don't want to give anyone nightmares, so please be careful I will post notes like this if I think a certain song should have a warning on.

I carefully placed the razor back into the box. I retied the clean bandages that covered my arms. I pulled my sweater sleeves down over the bandages. It wasn't bad today. Only 4. One for each letter of Luke's name. I didn't believe in marking words into my skin, so I did one for each letter instead.

I placed the box back where it belonged, under the loose floorboard in the closet. In the small space was empty glasses frames, the plastic part of razors, and blood covered bandages. Which reminded me, I needed more bandages.

Every day was pretty much the same for me. Get no to about an hour of sleep each night, go to school, come home, get yelled at, mark up my wrists, clean up, listen to music, shower, try to sleep, then repeat. Every single day.

"Tally up those points for me! We're settling the score!" My alarm yelled Sleeping With Sirens, Tally It Up: Settle The Score through my room. I hit the button, and knowing that I wouldn't wake up for that one, I had a backup.

"We're the best there ever was!" It then screamed SWS, The Best There Ever Was. Since I had it on the screaming part, it woke me up fully.

I jumped out of bed, my hair shooting in every direction. I ran my hand through it and quickly slipped on my school uniform. I tightened my tie, sprayed my hair, pulled down my sleeves, and tied my shoes. Off to school.

When you pull up to a high-school (or College as they called this one) you would expect to see all the jocks hanging out around the cheerleaders, the nerds pushing their glasses up their noses and laughing about some Doctor Who joke, and all the other stereotypical high-schoolers were doing. And that was the exact opposite of my school.

Only there was 1 person who fit in with every group. Luke Hemmings. He was on the football team, has won the Math War Competition every year, sang, watched all the dorky TV shows that went around, and he was pretty much the school's pride jewel. Everyone loved him.

As I walked up to the school doors, someone grabbed my forearm. I quickly turned and got their arm off. In front of me was a tall dark haired boy, he was quite clearly a jock, but he also had that dorky charm to him as well. He kinda had an Asian appeal to him, but I knew that it was wrong to judge a person's race. He could have been Kiwi for all I'd known.

"Hey, are you Michael?"

I nodded slowly at the boy. He then told me to follow him, only I stayed in my spot for a while. I watched him make his way through the crowd. When he got to the group of jocks, he turned to introduce me to them but I was a good 20 feet away at the school doors. He looked over and noticed I was still where I stood.

Then before he could come back to try and get me to move, the boy next to him turned around and looked at me. That boy, was Luke. His hair neatly done in a quiff, his school uniform looking proper and his lip ring in its usual place. You could tell he was ready for the start of school.
