Chapter 41 - Car Radio

"Fuck this." I said, looking down at the paper thin tapers." I grabbed a side 10 (which was slightly bigger than what I was supposed to start with) and slid it into my regularly sized holes in my ears.

"I'll just wait till these feel better to go up another." I didn't feel like switching out for the plugs so I decided to just keep it the way it was. I jumped onto my bed and unlocked my phone.

I had 10 new messages, I just furrowed my eyebrows (thankfully it didn't hurt any longer since the piercing was almost healed). I went to messages and saw that Luke was trying to get ahold of me.

Da tall penguin - Hey

Da tall penguin - How are you?

Da tall penguin - What's up?

Da tall penguin - You okay?

Da tall penguin - Did I do something wrong? 

Da tall penguin - Please respond I am getting scared. Babe, please

Da tall penguin - I was going to go to your house to check on you but your mother said you weren't there, where are you then?

Da tall penguin - I'm sorry

Da tall penguin - Please respond to me, I'm scared that you're gone and won't come back. If you don't want to be boyfriends then we will just stick to friends if you want but I just can't live without you.

Da tall penguin - I'm overreacting, I'm sure you're out with friends or just going for a walk or something and don't have your phone. Sorry.

I took note that most of the messages were from last night, when I was getting my piercings. I groaned before reaching up and messing with my ears once more.

I jumped out of bed and looked in the mirror. I sighed and replaced the 10's with 8's. After giving them a minute to adjust I switched out the tapers for plugs. I tied on my shoes and threw on a dark grey hoddie.

I rushed across the street and down to the end. I walked up to Luke's door and rang the doorbell twice. I didn't get anything back though. I looked back and didn't see any cars in the driveway. 

"Luke!" I yelled up to the window that was opened by just a crack.

I ran over to the door once more and rang the doorbell again. He had to live here, he had to live here. That couldn't have been all fake, not all of it.

Suddenly the door opened ever so slightly. The sound of Twenty One Pilot's, Car Radio played throughout the bare house. Suddenly, I saw piercing blue eyes staring out at me, "Luke!"

The door swung open and I engulfed him into a massive hug. He hugged me back and let out a long sigh, "Michael, oh thank god you're okay."

I leaned back, my arms still around his waist and his around mine. He took a look at my piercings and smiled, "I now see where you were."

"Do you like them?" He nodded and leaned forward to pressed his lips to mine. Fireworks sparked between us as we kissed, just like the first time.

"Sorry for not responding."

"There's no need to apologize, I love you."

"I love you too."

From that day forth, Luke and I stayed together. We never split, I loved him and he loved me. And after that day, not once did we ever say sorry.

The End! That's it! It's over! Sorry it's short and all but I didn't feel like adding in much to this and I just wanted to get it over with. I also didn't want to add any more fluff chapters so yeah we have this.

I appologize for not updating every so often, and there will not be a sequel to this. Though do you guys want a prolouge? I thought about it and I think it could use one but idk it's up to you all.

I will update Savages soon, I'm also going to take down Satelites and also I am working on a few other books but they will not be posted will I complete them, just because. 

Alright so hopefully you guys loved this story, I really hope so.

I have been throuh much while writing this and I enjoyed every second. I hope you did too.
