The next morning I woke up to my phone ringing. I didn't even read the name before answering. "Hello?" I said groggily. "Someone just woke up. Good morning baby" Ashton chuckled. "Morning Ash" I said, my lips curving to a smile.

"How are you?" He asked. "Fine, still upset but it'll get better soon" I said to keep him from worrying. "I'm so sorry love, I should've known" he sighed. "Don't blame yourself Ash, it was going to happen at some point and this would've been the exact reaction whenever we did decide to tell him" I reassured.

"That's true. On a happier note, school starts again in a week" he said sarcastically. "Fun" I joked. "At least it's our last year" he pointed out. "You're right. So tomorrow sho-" I started before knocking on my door cut me off. "Jack is here" Luke said before walking downstairs. "Babe I gotta go, cousin's here. See you soon" I said and hung up.

I got out of bed and walked downstairs. "Did you seriously just wake up, love?" Jack smirked. "Hey Jack" I laughed and hugged him. He picked me up, knowing that I hate it, and slung me over his shoulder. "Jack!" I laughed and repetitively slapped his back lightly. Once we got to the kitchen he put me down.

"How have you been? I see you haven't gotten any taller" he joked. "Fine, and actually I'm tall for my age" I chuckled. "Sure you are. How's school? Senior year right?" he asks. "It's okay. Yep this is my last year, I have no idea of what I want to do though. There's nothing I'm super set on or passionate about yet" I explained. "I was the same way, you can do it, you'll be great" he reassured me.

He then went on to talk to Liz and Andrew and of course Luke.

About an hour later of catching up I went back up to my room to start getting ready for the day. Today, the girls and I decided to go shopping for new shoes and makeup before school starts. We planned on having a sleepover tonight, but unfortunately that couldn't happen.

I put on a top and a pair of shorts before quickly doing my hair and light makeup. "Be back soon" I called as I grabbed my keys and walked out to my car. As I got in I got a call from Amy.

"Hey" I said, throwing my bag in the back. "Hey Kat, is everything still on for today?" she asks. "Of course. I'm still picking you up right?" I asked as I started the drive to her place. "If that still works for you" she said. "Yep it does, I'm on the way now and I should be there in fifteen. If your parents ask we'll be back by five this afternoon" I explained. "Alright sounds good. See you soon" she said and hung up.

I put my phone down and turned on my maps to get to her house. Arabella, Rose, and Elena were beyond excited to meet Amy. We've all been talking in a group chat, and I'm pretty sure they already love her. At first, being the protective friends they are, they were slightly skeptical and demanded to meet her, but now they're all about it.

I pulled into her driveway and texted her. She immediately walked out and got in. "Hey" she smiled. "Hey. Just a heads up I still haven't told them about Ashton and I so I know I have to tell them today before anyone else can, so just be prepared for that" I warned. "Alright" she laughed.

"How was he this morning?" "He didn't look at me once and I hardly saw him so I'm assuming still pissed" I sighed. "He needs to calm the fuck down you two are adorable" She scoffed. I laughed, "You're the best." "Honestly. He really does" she added. "You and Calum are the cutest though, just saying" I chuckled. We pulled into the mall car-park and met all the girls at the Starbucks. "Hey guys" I smiled as they all turned around. "Hey Kat. Hey Amy" they all said and hugged us. We went through all the basic introductions before getting our coffees and starting to walk around the mall.

About two hours in we decided to go to the food court and get lunch. Amy and I were waiting on the rest of the girls as we found a table. "I'm so nervous" I said, slightly shaking at the thought of them being repulsed by Ash and I dating. "If they're your true friends they'd be happy for you" she pointed out as we sat down. "That's true" I agreed. I started to say something else before they all came over.
