Having Nate as a brother was pretty great, to be honest but there were some downsides like girls pretending to be friends with you just to get to him, Nate needing to approve anyone you want to date, and of course him being insanely overprotective. Since your father was arrested and your mom became distant, Nate was the only parental figure in your life.
When you and Dan first started dating Nate was far from happy, but as time went on the two became closer and soon they were hanging out and watching football together 24/7 with you, of course, tagging along.
