You sigh as you enter your shared bunker room with your girlfriend, Octavia, also known as the Red Queen. You silently watch as she sits down on your bed and starts taking off her war paint.
"What is it, Y/N?" She asks without looking up at you.
"It's just...Don't you think you're being a little too hard on all of them? Forcing them to fight and kill everyone just so they can stay alive?"
"It's our way of living, Y/N, if we didn't set boundaries then everyone would be running wild"
You think about what your girlfriend said before nodding your head. "I guess you're right...I just don't want anything bad to happen to you"
Octavia finally looks up at you, "I can protect myself" She replies before she stands up to face you.
"I know, I'm just scared to lose you...I've lost everyone else and I can't lose you too, O"
Octavia's eyes soften a little as she wraps her arms around your neck and pulls your body closer, "You are never going to lose me"
You smile to yourself as you lean up to place your lips against hers.
