Isabelle when she breaks up with you...

"hey, you wanted to talk?" you ask your girlfriend as you enter her bedroom. she's sitting on the end of her bed while you stand in front of her.
"yeah..." she trails off as she looks down at her hands, "i think we should break up"
your smile instantly falls as you stare down at Isabelle. you continuously blink your eyes to stop the tears from forming in your eyes.
"why? what brought this on? did i do something?" you question as he head snaps up to look at you.
"you did nothing wrong" she tells you straight away, grabbing your hands, "it's just...me. i need some time to think and figure everything out with myself"
"that's why i'm here? to help you"
"no, y/n, you don't understand!" Isabelle yells as she stands up and runs her hand through her long hair, "i don't want to argue right now, but please..."
you sigh, "okay, if this is what you want" you say and she nods her head, still looking down at the ground.
you turn around and leave her bedroom, ignoring her and anyone else that called your name and going straight to your bedroom. as soon as you shut the door the tears start falling from your eyes. your back slides against the door until you hit the ground. with your head buried in your hands you can't help but think it's your fault and that you did something to make Isabelle want this.
