Having trouble sleeping but need to get up early? Here's some hacks⬇️:
#1: Blink repeatedly really fast for 60 seconds. It will get your eyes tired.
#2: Read a book. No online reading.
#3: Have a cool room. You won't be able to fall asleep when you're hot so put a fan in your room or open your window or something.
#4: Sleep in your right side.
#5: Watch asmr or satisfying videos to relax you. If your device keeps you awake try turning your brightness down.
#6: Put some lavender essential oils on your pillow or around your room.
#7: Don't go bed hungry but also don't go to bed full.
#8: Before bed have a relaxing bath or shower. Baths probably work better though.
#9: Listen to soothing sounds on tv or play it on your phone. Make sure your phone is not near your bed though. You can listen to sounds like: rain, stream, crickets, etc.
#10: Make sure you have a comfy pillow, mattress, and pyjamas.
