Supplies:
•Glass jar
•Tempera paint
•Water
•Fine glitter
•Cotton balls
How to make:
1. Fill 1/3 of the jar with water
2.) Add several drops of tempera paint to the water. Put the lid on, and shake to mix.
3.) Add a bit of fine glitter.
4.) Stretch out your cotton balls, and add them to the water, pushing them down into the bottom.
5.) Fill another third of the jar with more water.
6.) Add another color of tempera paint, and repeat steps 2-4.
7.) Fill the final third of the jar with more water, add your final color of tempera paint, and repeat steps 2-4 again.
Now you're done!
