*Start off with a small makeup bag and put some of these things in it:
-pads
-tampons
-panty liners
-extra pairs of underwear(like 2)
-cramp medicine
-hygiene wipes
-zip lock bag to put dirty underwear in (jic)
-stain remover pen
-hand sanitizer
-chocolate bar (because you deserve it.)
-heating pad (if you're going to a friends house or something you probably can't use this at school. Also make sure it's one that'll fit. If not just carry it.)
