Are you ever hot at nighttime and you can't fall asleep? Here's some hacks/things to do about it.

•Open your window
•Put a fan in your room
•Get a spray bottle with cool water. I like this one because I just spray my sheets a bit and myself and it works.
•Get a cloth and wet it with cold water. Put the cloth on your forehead and this helps to cool down.
•Put your hair in a messy bun or loose ponytail so it's out of your face.
•Put cooler pyjamas on. This worked for me because I changed from a shirt and pants to shorts and a t-shirt and it helps to cool you down.
•Sleep on top of your sheets
•Flip your pillow to the cold side (this doesn't help a lot though)
•Don't use as many blankets
•Turn your air conditioning on/temperature down (if your parents will let you)
