✦Also, you can change any of these up like 10 push ups to 10 jumping jacks I just typed what I saw on the internet. If you want you can even make your own challenge, like if you want a workout challenge for a certain show I didn't list. You just have to find things they do a lot and every time that happens make a little workout to go with it like 15 mountain climbers or something. You can even use the workouts I listed up there⬆️ they are just ideas or from the internet.✦
