The Time I Went To Disney Land

(A/N the inspiration of this chapter ^^)

"And then Kenny is my Music teacher." I finished explaining my day to Brendon who looked really confused. "I drew this for you." I handed him the picture of Penny and Bogart and he looked at it in awe.

"This is so good!" He exclaimed after a long pause. "I didn't know how to react. Whether to be happy or shocked."

"When's your next show?"

"In a few weeks, why?"

"Just wondering."

"I have another date with Sarah tonight. Dallon's got to babysit so Dan's coming over tonight."

"Brendon?"

"Yeah?"

"When can I meet Sarah?"

"Maybe next week. Maybe we can all go to Disney like you wanted to!"

"Yeah!"

"Okay. I'll try and organise it."

"Thanks Brendon!" I hugged him and went to my room. I listened to music and did some drawing then Dan arrived. "Hey Dan!"

"Hey Ava." He replied hugging me. "Ready to watch marvel movies all night?"

"Heck yeah!" Brendon laughed and I hugged him goodbye. "Have fun with Sarah."

"Have fun not sleeping." He added.

"Don't wake me up." I laughed.

"I know from experience."

"Bye." Dan and I had a marvel movie marathon and I fell asleep at some point.

One week later
Okay so. Brendon and I got into an argument over me ignoring him because I was on the phone which ended in me crying and Josh coming to pick me up. I was at Josh's for one night and practically cried all day and night. Now I'm back at home and we are still not talking.

I went with him to the show and it was really early. I sat at the very top of the stadium so I could watch soundcheck but it wasn't gonna happen for a while so I just went on my phone.

Brendon started playing and I put my phone down. I knew he wasn't practicing because I've been told the set list. I sat there and listened. He was playing the end of all things. My favourite song. I felt my eyes tear up and my hands start shaking. I sat there until the song was over then I went backstage. Everyone was fussing over me but I just wanted Brendon.

"Hey. Just leave her alone. You're stressing her out even more." Brendon said walking over. "She's made it clear she wants to be left alone." He said it so bluntly my heart shattered. I got up and ran into the dressing room. I didn't wanna watch the show like I always do. I didn't want to be near him. But at the same time I needed him. I needed him to comfort me like when Jack moved to New York or when I broke my leg and had to stay in hospital. I needed that Brendon.

Time skip
The show had ended and I was still in the dressing room sobbing. He came in and told everyone to get out. Everyone except me. My heart dropped and I started to panic. "Sh. It's okay. It's okay." He whispered. "I'm not gonna hurt you."

"W-why did you ignore me?" I asked.

"Because you ignored me."

"I didn't mean to. I was on the phone for fucks sake."

"So now your phones more important than your dad."

"So now your egos more important than my wellbeing. I was sat in here for four hours having a panic attack and no one came to check on me. I could've passed out. I could've died." I felt a sharp pain in my arm but I just brushed it off and continued with my point. "But no. You're too proud to even check on me. All I wanted was you, Brendon. The same Brendon that comforted me when Jack moved to New York. The same Brendon that checks up on me every five minutes. But no. You're too full of yourself to even notice I was slowly breaking down. To notice that my suicidal thoughts were slowly eating me alive. To notice that they nearly got the better of me." Something dripped down my arm and I caught Brendon staring at it. He walked over to me and pulled my sleeve up.

"Ava." I pulled away from him and ran into the bathroom locking the door behind me. "Ava! Ava please open the door."

"Just go away!" I wiped down my arm and found a first aid kit. I wrapped up my arm and walked back out. Everyone was sat there looking worried. "Can we just go to the hotel?"

"Um. Yeah sure." We got in the car and went to the hotel.

When we got to the hotel, I sat on my bed cross legged and didn't know what to say. Brendon stopped talking to me again so I had no one to talk to.

Tomorrow we were going to Disney land and I was meeting Sarah so that was gonna be fun.

Time skip
I woke up really early and Brendon was still sleeping so I ordered room service. It came and I opened the door.

"Brendon." I whispered trying to wake him up. He groaned and stirred a bit. "Brendon." I said slightly louder.

"Huh?" He asked getting up.

"I got breakfast."

"What did you get?"

"One full English for you and I got pancakes and bacon."

"Thank you." He got up and we ate together.

Time skip
We had a really long car ride and there were about 16 of us going so we took up four cars. I went in one with Harley, Tyler, Josh and Jenna and Brendon went with Sarah, Dan and Maya. Harley, Josh and I were sat in the back with our headphones in while Jenna and Tyler were at the front listening to the radio. I had my legs on Harleys lap and my music blasted really loudly.

When we got to Disney world we all went to our hotel rooms. Me, Harley, Brendon and Sarah shared a room. Brendon and Sarah had the double beds while Harley and I had the bunk beds. It was pretty late and we were staying here for about a week so we went straight to bed.
