The Time Everyone Went On My Tour Without Me

I woke up the next day feeling slightly better now that I had told Brendon. I decided I would tell my close friends before I told the world.

I ran downstairs (after getting dressed and ready) and jumped on the couch next to Brendon. "Someone's happy." He pointed out.

"Yeah! I just- Like- I don't know." I replied.

"Wanna go out?"

"Sure. Where to?"

"The studio?"

"Sure."

"Random question. What's your plan on coming out?"

"I know that I wanna tell all my close friends and family then the world."

"Okay. Let's go."

We got to the studio and Brendon started mixing some songs from the band. "Brendon I wrote a song but the sound I want doesn't need a band. I don't wanna like betray the band but it only needs guitar and I can play it." I explained.

"Maybe talk to the band?" He replied.

"But I don't want it to seem like I'm gonna leave."

"You should still tell them? When's the next rehearsal." I looked at my phone and realised it was in five minutes.

"Shit. It's in five minutes. Can you drop me off?" Then I started getting spammed by Harley.

H: Ava where are you?
H: The guys are getting impatient
H: Hurry up
H: Where are you?

Me: Sorry! I'm on my way now.

Rehearsal
"There you are!" Oli exclaimed.

"You could've started without me you know. Since I'm not coming." I replied.

"It wouldn't seem right. Without you." Harley added. I looked away and sat in the audience where Zoey was watching.

"Hey Ava." She greeted happily.

"Hi." I replied. We watched the rehearsal and Harley was in the middle of a song when I decided to tell Zoey. "Zoey. I need to tell you something."

"What is it?"

"I'm pansexual and have a girlfriend."

"No way! Who is it?"

"It's Kayla."

"Really?"

"Yeah." She smiled and hugged me.

"I'm so glad you told me. Who else knows?"

"Brendon, Sarah, Harley and Kayla obviously."

"So I'm one of the first? I feel honoured."

"I'm thinking of telling the guys, but I don't know how."

"Maybe you can- I saw this video, well my friend sent me a video and it's called 100 ways to come out. I'll send it you."

"Thanks." I hugged her again and looked back at the stage. Harley was looking at us weirdly so we laughed and he was still confused.

They finished the set and Zoe and I clapped. Harley came down and kissed Zoey. I stood there awkwardly then Oli came down from the stage and hugged me.

"Oli. I need to tell you something. Well I need to tell you all. Zoey and Harley know already." I explained.

"Okay. What is it?" He asked as everyone came down from the stage.

"I'm pansexual and I have a girlfriend." They all looked shocked and then they all hugged me. I started crying and I didn't know why.

"Hey. I think we're crowding her." They all pulled away and I sat down. "It's okay. We all support you. We're happy you told us." I smiled and nodded.
