Chapter 20

Avery's POV
I packed my bags. I was going to go back to Canada. I miss my family and I will be away from Jack, so nothing will happen. Just as I finished Allie walked into my room.
Allie's POV
I walked into Avery's room to find her packing. "A? Why are you packing?" I asked using my nickname for her.
"Al I have to go back home for a bit. I will come back soon."
"Why?"
She told me everything about Gabbie and why she had to leave. "I understand. Bit why didn't you talk to us? We could have helped you. You're like my sister. Heck, you're like sister to all of us. Why didn't you come to us?" I asked clearly concerned. She sighed "Al I'm sorry. Tell everyone what happens but not Jack. Also don't let Gabbie find out you know."
I nodded and let her go.
When everyone came back I told them about Avery. They were all shocked. I started to cry, I'm not sure why. Maybe I'm scared of what Gabbie might do. I started to break down. The girls left and told the boys to come because they knew I needed to be left alone. I sat there for about 20 minutes crying. "Allie?" A voice asked I looked up to see Zach. He came and sat on my bed and hugged me. I cried on his shoulder. It was comforting.
