Kevin was not there today.
Japan wasn't there either, and that honestly bummed me out even more. However... would most likely be safer where he was alone, and I felt even more guilty for wishing he was here.
When we entered the room, I saw that Germany and Italy had already arrived. I sighed a little, frowning at the smaller of the two's blatantly nervous expression. Carter frowned. "Should I go distract him...? Or is it not my place...?"
"He's not talking to Germany this second... be my guest." I gave a tight lipped smile.
As Carter went to talk to the male, I watched her with amusement. She was as just as wide eyed as I had been my first day. Now, I was fairly proficient in my job... running documents, filing certain things, fetching drinks, the like.
England stood up, breaking me from my thoughts. "Is everyone here?" he called.
Germany sighed, crossing his arms. "Japan is going to be running late today. He told me that you could start without him, he'll arrive shortly."
England nodded, clearing his throat. His eyes were narrowed, and he spoke with a rather terse tone. Alright... let us get started."
