Chapter 33

Shay's P.O.V.

I fidgeted with the seatbelt as we drove down the road I was nervous about this fight. this fight could change everything. I felt chase grab my hand a give a promising smile. I smiled back and held his hand like a life line.

One of the fighters handed me a gun and I looked at it before turning on the safety. we reached colin's house. All 15 of our hummers with 8 people in each came out. I held on to josh and chase tight.

I saw Colin smirking and look at me. I felt my self about to faint or throw up or something. I took the safety off the gun. "So your fighting princess?"

"You bet colin." I said smirking. he growled and stepped forward. I lifted up my gun. "I won't hesitate to put a bullet through your brain." I said clenching my teeth. he held up his hands and stepped back.

Chase bent down and kissed me. I closed my eyes. Once we pulled back. josh grabbed me and kissed me. I felt my stomach drop knowing this could be the last time I see or kiss either of them.

I looked back at Colin and heard him say "let the games begin."

I looked at chase in wolf form and kissed his forehead. I felt someone nudge me it was josh . I reached my arms around his neck and kissed his cheek. I heard a limb snap and chase stepped in front of me as a large black wolf came out.

I knew it wasn't Colin because Colin would be blond. one of our fighters lunged on it I heard the sickening clashing of bones before the black wolf went limp and more wolves came out.

Before I knew it the war was in full swing. chase had ran and I lost him in the mass of wolves. I mindlinked chase and told him Colin was mine. I saw a wolf lounge at me. I pulled the trigger and the wolf fell short and go limp. I was about to be sick. I ran behind a tree and emptyed the contents of my stomach before standing up.

I walked back out and another wolf came at me I shot it down and ran into the field. I felt something tug on my hair. I cried out in pain as it dragged me on the ground. I saw josh run and attack the other wolf.I silently thanked him and rubbed my scalp.

I held on to the gun and looked around. everytime it seemed like we were winning more wolves came out. I groaned and hid behind a tree.

I felt some being me I looked and saw vic. I smiled at her. "so why aren't you out there?" she asked in a bored tone. "trying not to get killed your brother saved me once." she nodded with a chuckle. "I'm gonna go out there and save his but." I nodded and held out my gun ready.

I saw a blond wolf come towards me and shift. It was colin. I gulped and leaned back.

"Looks like we are winning one call and I can save everyone and no more blood will be shed. only on one condetion."

"That condetion is?"

"You live with me and be with me."

I shook my head and laughed in his face. "your crazy competly insane."

"Only for you sweetheart."

"Oh how nice of you."

"Seriously your coming with me." he said stepping foward.

"I will shoot you." I said in a shaky voice.

He gave a deep laugh. "no you won't. you know it and I know it."

Another wolf came at me from behind I pointed the gun behind me and shot it. I saw Colin flinch. "I'll do it to you too." I said facing him again. he shook his head and stepped forward again. I looked on the field and saw Colin's men dying down slowly.

I aimed the gun at Colin he stepped back. "looks whos scared now." I said with a smirk. he stepped forward again. I barely pressed the trigger he stepped back. I looked and saw all our men were back in human form. Chase looked at me and nodded.

I lowered the gun and Colin stepped forward. and grabbed my wrist. "this is for my parents." I whispered in his ear. I closed my eyes and aimed the gun. I released the trigger and heard the gun fire. I opened my eyes and saw Colin lay on the ground I turned around and threw up anything that came out. I wiped my mouth and ran to chase.

He lifted me up and spun me around and kissed me. I smiled. "we won chase we won." yelled happily. he smiled and nodded. he slowly set me down. I looked around and hugged James. I looked and saw we lost only about 20 men. My smiled dropped when I relised josh was no where. I turned around to chase. "where's josh." I asked in a shaky voice.

Chase looked at me with sympathy. "shay josh is dead."
