Until Tomorrow

*Adri's POV*

Guess things went better for Dani than they did for me. She gets to make out with Connor while I just got the chance to kiss Braiden on the cheek. I shouldn't be complaining though, he has a girlfriend. On the plus side he did tell me I was amazing! I guess that's all I can ask for, for now.

"It was really great hanging out with you Adri," he smiled wide, "and I'm glad we talked for so long!"

"it was really great getting to know you too, Braiden. You're a pretty cool guy!" way to sound über lame Adri.

I didn't want to say goodbye to him yet. We were having such a good time just sitting out there talking. I felt like I really knew him when in reality I barely know anything about him. But one thing I know for sure about Braiden is that he is taken. He has a freaking girlfriend. Mind you, they haven't been on the best terms lately, from what he has told me. I truly don't know how to feel about the situation though... I feel bad about how he's not very happy with this chick. But maybe that gives me a chance to be more expressive around him. Is that so bad?

"hey I was wondering... Do you have any plans for tomorrow night?" what. Did he just ask if I had any plans...?! And for tomorrow night!? Okay, Adri, calm down. Be cool and don't come off as too excited or anything!

"not at all. I just have the midterm and then I'm free for the rest of the evening. Why?" I bit my lip and I felt pretty good about how calm my answer was!

"well the guys and I are performing tomorrow at Backbooth and I wanted to know if you would come!" okay this is where I got really excited! He actually wanted to see me again and he seemed really hopeful that I would say yes. Of course I want to go, why wouldn't I? But I shouldn't get too eager. He wasn't asking me on A date, because that would be wrong. Adri, get it through your head now: he has a girlfriend. He has a girlfriend. That helped a bit.

Shit. What if his girlfriend goes to the concert? That would be so awkward. What would I do? I don't wanna end up being a third wheel to Dani and Connor. I'm sure she wouldn't appreciate that. But then I would have to talk to Riley or Thomas if Braiden ends up taking to this chick. I don't do well in awkward situations! But whatever. I'm going to this concert. Maybe shes not going and that's why he's inviting me...that sounds like a reasonable explanation for why he's inviting me!

"Yeah I'll definetely go, sounds like fun!" I smiled and looked deep into his gorgeous eyes. So what if his girlfriend is there? That's not gonna stop me from going to a concert. It sure as hell does t stop any major fangirls from going so it shouldn't be a big deal. Besides, he invited me and I'm gladly accepting the invitation.

"Great! It's gonna be amazing!" his face was beaming with joy and I felt a rush of happiness filly face.

"I can't wait!" I smiled and he hugged me.

"guess I'll see you tomorrow then," he held me tighter, "and I'll text you."

If you ask me... I'm a pretty happy person right now!
