The house was your typical male rock star house. Kitchen untouched. Boxes of pizza and Mc.Donald bags everywhere.

" You guys need to seriously clean up.." I shook my head at Matt who was munching on Fruity pebbles.

" Yeah, have fun with that."

He took another spoonful of Fruity pebbles and gave me a cheeky smile.

Such...boys!

I walked back to the room and plopped on my bed. My cell phone rang from the table. It worked? I thought the water would've filled up my phone and terminated it forever. No use for rice..had no one to call anyway.

What if its the police? and their calling me to take me away and throw me in a foster home? Or worse what If its Cody and he has one phone call...and he uses it on me?

I walked to the phone my fingers trembling over the answer button. I tapped it and held it above my ear.

" Hello? " a voice said frantically.

" What..Drew? " I asked. Feeling heat rise in my cheeks. Why was he calling me?! What did he want?

He scared the shit out of me.

" Hey, Brittany. Where are you? Are you OK? What happened yesterday when the cops-"

" Woahh! Slow down! " I held my hands up as if he were in front of me. " I'm.. somewhere..I'm fine! for the last time.. And something bad happened that's all you have to know.."

" Really that's all you could tell me? "

I sighed.

" Look, I can't give you the specifics.. I don't even think what I'm doing is legal.. I'm not sure though. I just want to get away from everything OK? "

" You're with him aren't you? "

What's up with him?! I've known oliver ever since we were kids and he's calling Oliver out? I barely knew Drew.

" Why does it matter?!? Even if I am! Its none of your business! "

There was a long silence.

" Just..Stay safe. OK? "

" Whatever." I hung up on him slamming my phone down and crossing my arms. Why does everyone seem to think I can't take care of myself?

It boiled the cells in my body.
