I walked down the dark streets of Mystic Falls, running out of thing to do in this town. All I needed was a walk to clear my head with everything going on. According to Damon, Stefan managed to get Caroline's humanity flipped back and Elena found out about the cure.

Of course, it only made sense. Lily wouldn't destroy the cure, it's what Damon would have wanted. That way him and Elena could be together forever. Lily's smarter than that.

I was paying no mind to my surroundings until something caught my eye. I paused my walking and looked to my right, seeing my favorite diner's lights were on but no one was in it. At least that's what it looked like standing from the outside point of view.

I opened the door, stepping in and feeling the cool air against my skin. I now saw a bigger picture than I could see from outside. In the center table was Elena, Bonnie, and Jo eating and laughing amongst themselves happily. Their attention diverted into my direction and I couldn't help but notice Jo's heartbeat pick up.

I smirked before placing my hands on my hips, "What is this? A party?" I raised my eyebrows, switching my glance between the three sitting before me.

Elena and Jo exchanged glances, almost mentally asking for approval to answer my question, before Elena put her burger down and answered hesitantly, "It's a bachelorette party. For Jo."

I tilted my head and walked over to the table, the sound of my boots hitting the hardwood floor ringing throughout the building, "Bride to be, now are you?" I flashed a smile at Jo before turning to Elena, "Why wasn't I invited?" I fake pouted.

"Well considering you tried to kill me a number of times and you're dating my psychopath of a brother who has also tried to kill me, you weren't exactly the first person on my list." Jo answered for herself sassily finding a sudden urge of confidence. I smirked at the former witch, almost impressed with her for sticking up to me.

I took a seat next to Bonnie and placed my arm on the table, my chin resting on my fist. "Yes, well, it was nothing personal. I actually quite enjoy you, Josette." I compromised to her straightforward response but continued with a more sympathetic offer when she remained quiet. "Consider this.. taking a step forward, hm?" I looked at the three ladies before me, waiting for a response.

Bonnie rose her eyebrows at Elena who only looked over to Jo. Jo took a deep breath, knowing it was her final decision that mattered the most, before speaking, "In that case-" She paused for a moment, "-welcome." She spoke before getting up, "I'm gonna get us some more drinks."

I watched as she walked away before turning to Elena and Bonnie with an innocent smile. "A drink does sound quite lovely right now."

"Here, take mine." Bonnie slid her milkshake, which was about half full, over to me and I gladly accepted.

I sipped my milkshake quietly but soon after started a conversation to fill the void, "So are we gonna talk about it?" I referred to the giant elephant in the room.

Bonnie turned her head towards me and Elena looked up from her milkshake as if the both of them had no idea what is was I was talking about. "Talk about what?"

"Seriously?" I rose my eyebrows looking between the two of them, "I know about the cure." I said and began to drink my milkshake once again and Elena sat up straighter in shock and leaned over whispering,

"How is that even possible?" She asked, questioning the existence of the cure.

Bonnie began to speak, "Damon called me last night and told me everything, including his insane plan to take it with you." I choked on the vanilla drink as soon as those words left her mouth.
