Fifth Harmony es el tercer álbum de estudio homónimo del grupo, que se lanzó el 25 de agosto de 2017. El primer sencillo del álbum se llamó Down y se lanzó el 2 de junio de 2017. El álbum es el primer disco del grupo luego de la partida de Camila. Cabello, que dejó el grupo en diciembre de 2016. Fue su último álbum antes de que entraran en una pausa indefinida en mayo de 2018. Antes de su hiatus, completaron sus shows finales y lanzaron un video musical para Don't Say You Love Me.
