Maddy let out a loud laugh, she had somehow caused a water fight between Kol and herself at a small stop during their travels.
Maddy sprayed Kol with the hose giggling as she did so. Kol let out a shout in bewilderment before charging to his fiance.
He picked her up and twirled her around causing the water to go everywhere including themselves.
Grins were plastered on both of their faces at the fun they were having.
Maddy wanted to live in this moment, wanting the happiness to last forever, but knew they weren't going to stay there forever.
The duo were on their way to Paris, another favorite of Maddy's now that they were no longer able to stay in New Orleans. She knew deep down that one day they would return even if it wasn't that year or the next hundred.
"C'mon love" Kol ushered his fiance inside to get cleaned up, they were going to head over to a nice bar to feed, before taking off again.
Maddy nodded smiling over at the man before complying and throwing on some dry clothes, Kol being the pervert he is watching every move, being swatted at when he tried to interfere.
