I woke up with a pounding headache , probably from crying the previous day . I rubbed my eyes and looked around the room . All of the rest of the guys were sound asleep . I smiled slightly and sat up , stretching my arms and yawning quietly . I grabbed my phone from the nightstand and checked the time . My eyes widened when I saw that it was 4 in the morning . I never woke up this early in the morning . I checked twitter , then stood up and grabbed clothes . Right before I stepped , I stopped and heard snoring . I furrowed my eyebrows and looked down to see Carter uncomfortably sleeping on the floor . I smiled widely , but then replaced it with my plain face . " You don't know why he's here , don't get your hopes up " I thought to myself . I tapped his shoulder and saw him stir , before looking up at me . His eyes were tired but he smiled slightly at the sight of me . His hair was messy and in his face , his shirt was off and he was just wearing boxers . " Uhm , you can sleep in the bed if you want . I didn't know you were here " I whispered . He stood up and nodded , before gazing into my eyes . " I didn't sleep with you because ... You need privacy after last night . Plus you probably hate me " Carter whispered in reply . So he did care . " Yeah , I definitely hate you " I said , with sarcasm . His face softened and I smiled , confusing him . I stayed silent and grabbed clothes , before making my way to the bathroom . " Sarcasm " I whisper yelled , before shutting the door and locking it . I breathed out and grinned . Maybe things wouldn't be so bad with him .
I got a long shower , washing myself and then letting the hot water beat onto my back . Then , I got out and changed into a black floral romper . I brushed my hair out and put it in a French braid . I put concealer , lipgloss , eyeliner , and mascara on before walking back into the room . Carter was asleep in the middle of the bed , curled up in a ball . I smiled and put my phone in my back pocket , before slipping my flipflops on . I got a sticky note and wrote " Don't freak out and call a SWAT team , I'm just going to get breakfast at Starbucks . Be back soon . Love you guys xx " . Then , I quietly got out if the room and walked down the hallway .
Madison's POV
I sat at Starbucks , sipping my tea and scrolling through my tumblr looking for cute outfits . I got distracted easily and set my phone down , before looking up . I smirked to myself when I saw Paiton ordering her drink . When she turned , she smiled at me and waved . Then she got her drink and say infront of me . " Hey " She smiled . " Hey ! How've you been ? " I asked , trying to start a conversation . She shrugged and took a sip of her frappé . " Hanging in there " She chuckled . This is the only way I can figure out my next plan for breaking her and Carter . " Why ? What happened ? " I asked with sympathy . Paiton sighed and looked out the window . " I caught Carter making out with Deborah last night .. I have a crush on him and I-I don't know I got really upset . But we're okay , so it's all good " She explained . I nodded my head and smiled . " Good for you " I said . Now to get Carter to hurt her again ...... but how ? Me . It's gonna be a slow process but it'll be worth it in the end .
