Paiton's POV
I walked back into the room and saw that everyone was in a line , getting mini microphones attached to their shirts . My eyes landed on Taylor and I immediately smirked .
I walked over to him and smiled widely . " Hey " I said . Taylor looked down at me and smiled back . " Aye beautiful " He winked . I blushed and looked down slightly . " Okay , so you know how me and Carter haven't been getting along lately ? " I said , as we both moved up in the line .
Taylor frowned . " Yeah , he keeps hooking up with Deborah for no good ducking reason " He said . My heart ached , hearing their names together , but I quickly shook it off .
" Can you help me .. get even ? " I asked , sweetly . Taylor stared into my eyes for a moment and furrowed his eyebrows . " What do you mean ? " He asked , now totally intrigued .
" Well , Carter and Deborah aren't dating but are always touchy and kissy . Basically like friends with benefits , probably to get me jealous . So , would you like to be my friend with benefits ? Just to get revenge ? " I explained .
Taylor smiled . " You're lucky I can't say no to a girl like you , so yeah " He said . He walked up to get the microphone on his shirt . " Just try not to fall for me " He smirked .

Taylor laced his fingers in mine and we walked on stage behind everyone else . Carter and Deborah were all lovey-dovey , giggling and smiling . It hurt so much .
Taylor tugged me playfully , getting my attention and causing a smile to grow on my face . Since all of the chairs were taken , we sat on the ground - me in between his legs . He wrapped his arms around my and we both started chatting with fans , while the sound was getting checked .
" Are you guys dating ?! " A pretty girl said , her eyes wide . I looked up at Taylor and shrugged . " What are we ? " I asked . He smiled widely and kissed my nose . " Friends with benefits " Taylor finally answered .
This caused the group of girls to ' aww ' and scream OTP at the top of their lungs . I found myself blushing , so I buried my face in the crook of Taylor's neck .
Carter's POV
I watched Taylor and Paiton , smiling and acting all cute as if they were a couple or something . My heart dropped when I saw Taylor kiss Paiton's nose , just like the way i used to - except there was a twinkle on her eyes that I have never seen before .
Maybe she was already over me , since I can't get my priorities straight and treat a girl the way she deserves it . Suddenly , anger pour into my veins .
So , I pulled Deborah close and kissed her right on the spot .
