I rubbed my eyes and looked over at my nightstand to see my phone lit up . I grabbed it and squinted my eyes . My bestfriend , Bethany Mota , kept texting me .
" Paiton , wake up ! "
" PAIIIIIITON "
" ITS IMPORTANT "
I groaned and texted her back .
" Whaaaat "
I looked at the time and saw that it was 7 in the morning . " Better get up now or else you won't get up at all " I said to myself . I got out of bed and walked to my closet . I picked out a white crop top with pink high waisted shorts . Then I walked into my bathroom and shut the door . I got a long hot shower and began to think of what my next vine should be about . A lot of people were doing smack cam vines , so I decided to invite Bethany over and smack cam her . After a few minutes of washing myself and relaxing , I got out of the shower and dried myself off . I changed into my clothes and checked my phone again .
" I'm coming over now "
I laughed to myself , knowing that Beth was probably halfway here already . We had that type of friendship where we'd always come to eachothers houses , even when we didn't ask . I set my phone down and locked it , before applying eyeliner , mascara , lipgloss , and filling in my eyebrows . I heard my doorbell ring a bunch of times and knew that Bethany was here . I grabbed my phone and made my way downstairs .
I unlocked the door and saw Bethany waiting impatiently with her hands on her hips . Her eyes lit up when she saw me . " Oh my gosh , you're gonna love me even more when I tell you this , Pai ! " She squealed , pushing her way past me and sitting on the couch . I shut the door and sat down beside her . " Oh yeah ? And what news might this be ? " I raised an eyebrow . Most of the things that Beth insisted that I'd love her more after were dull and boring . " Alright , so we got invited to VidCon Miami this week " She began . I furrowed my eyebrows . This was new news for me . I brushed it off and continued listening to her . " I just found out that Carter Reynolds and all of the other boys are going , too ! " She smiled .
