News always goes around the castle quickly.

Gossips and rumors are the motors of Hogwarts. Without them, there wouldn't be action at Hogwarts. It's only a School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, after all. Of course, students need to know who kissed who, and who's dating who. Who got so drunk he had to throw up in the nearest restroom. Who burst into tears at the last exam. They wanted to know everything about everyone's lives.

The ones who loved gossiping the most were the ones who didn't have enough going on in their lives, so they needed to know about the others'. Of course, that wasn't the case of The Amazons. They were busy enough with their new majestic plan.

You're probably thinking that everyone was talking about Remus Lupin and Elizabeth Drake. About how they shared a true love kiss, under the light of the rising sun. Green eyes buried into brown eyes, vibrant red hair mixing with sandy brown hair.

Well, you were wrong. No one knew about this.

The two teenagers had made sure to keep the secret. Almost no one was aware of it, and even the two of them never mentioned it again. No, it wasn't Hogwarts' principal subject at the hour.

The subject was the most used at Hogwarts for the past two years and a half. It was about The Amazons, of course.

At breakfast, no one paid attention to the signs. To the exhausted four girls, to the glances and the smirks, they exchanged all morning. No, everyone, teachers, and students, only cared about the sausages the house elves had lovingly prepared. It was indeed good, actually. They had surpassed themselves.

It was no different at the Gryffindor table, where Lily Evans, Alice Fortescue, Marlene McKinnon and Sofia Belcour were sitting.

"I wonder what changed in their recipe", Marlene announced, her mouth filled with the tender meat. "I mean, Hogwarts' food has always been good, but this", she planted her fork into another sausage, waving it at her friends. ", is a masterpiece."

"Calm down, Mar", Lily said, raising a red eyebrow, a small glint in her green eyes. "Or Gideon will think you no longer like him."

"Shut up Lil'", Marlene snapped back, her pale face blushing.

Sofia and Alice exchanged a glance, and they both chuckled.

"Anyway, what kept you up all night, Sof'?" Marlene asked, eager to find another subject. "You look like a zombie."

"Thanks, Mar', I appreciate", Sofia answered jokingly. "I don't know, I just couldn't sleep."

"Maybe you should go see Madam Pomfrey", Lily said, worry in her eyes. "You might be insomniac. You need more sleep, and the exams are coming soon."

"No, no, I'm alright", Sofia grinned.

"Sure?" Alice asked, staring at her friend.

"Sure. And if it continues, I'll go see her, I promise. But I'm alright for now."

"If you say so", Lily sighed, her eyes drifting to the almost empty plate of sausages.

After a small moment of hesitation, she shrugged and then took another one with her fork.

"Oi! Evans!" James Potter exclaimed from his seat. "Can we have the plate of sausages?"

"Don't you guys have one already?" Alice asked, eyeing him.

No one takes those sausages away from her.

"Errrrrr, no?" he said hesitantly.

Sofia rolled her brown eyes.
