I woke up, and did my morning daily devotion, I said my prayers and got up. I did not have university today so that allowed me to have a lie in.

I put on 'Aretha Franklin- Until you come back to me', blasting it through the speakers and walked downstairs to make some tea.

I am such an old soul, I love gospel, rnb, jazz and soul music; 70's, 80's  90's early 2000's is the music I love. There is only so much music of now I can take-

Isla came rushing down the stairs with Jamie, being loud as always ready to take over the kitchen to make breakfast. I said 'good morning' to them both giving them hugs, and after making my tea. I made my way upstairs to shower, brush my teeth and get dressed.

Once I was ready, I said bye to everyone, put my shoes and coat on. Walked out the house, and got into my car, I drove to Indies house as  she had a day off. Perfect for a girly day.

It was now 12pm, and I  had arrived at Indies house.

Indies hair was a mess I observed, as she opened the door. She was still in her pink pyjamas, wearing a bright pink dressing gown and matching pink rabbit slippers.

"Tell me whats going on in your life girl", Indie said as she picked up a bottle of Rosé and poured out two full glasses for us.

"I've handed in all my essays, and dissertation so I'm free as ever to enjoy this break, and just chill with my friends. Jamie and Isla were all boo'd up in the house which gave me anxiety, I needed to get away from it". I said, gulping down the wine, and fake fainting causing us both to laugh.

It was Saturday, and time to TURN UP! I will be graduating on Monday, and my best friends Kev and Dre have put a party together for me tonight. Although I'm sure they planned it a while ago... Aren't I lucky?

"I don't even have an outfit for tonight babe," I said to Indie, sighing.

"Well lets go, I'll drive I have drank way less than you," she replied. She ran upstairs, so she could get herself together. We got into Indie's car, once she was done, and she drove to Westfields shopping centre. I hated the way Indie drove she knew this already, I had always been so confused as to how she passed her driving test before me.

I was surprised she passed her driving test at all, her car was absolute goals though, definitely way better than my car. She had the latest Volkswagen Polo and it was a beauty.
