Chapter 28.

Sunday 9.30am-
I picked up my phone, connected it to the Bluetooth speaker downstairs, and selected 'Donnie Mcclurkin- We fall down' to play through the speakers through the house as soon as I opened my eyes.

It was Sunday church day, I could hear my mum singing from the top of her lungs. I rolled around in bed stretching, to get the final sleep out then I got up.

After my shower, I was ready to face the day. I chose to wear a pale blue jumper, black jeans, and heels.

"Let's go, let's go!" Dad shouted. Mum placed a plate of salmon, and creme cheese bagels on the table by the door. We all took one before we left  the house, my mum always made sure we ate before we left the house.

Mum was a 'home cooking, is the right way' type of woman. She did not believe in always eating out.

I balanced a bagel in my mouth, whilst holding my bag in my hand, and locking the door with the other.

1.00pm-
Church was over, and I said my good bye's to everyone after socialising.

"Are you going straight home?" Indie asked, running up behind me, and giving me a hug.

"I'm going to Greenwich, for golf with some friends from uni. Are you going home?" I replied, hugging her back.

"I'm going out with Austin later for dinner and drinks, but I'm going to lunch now with my mum and aunt. Boreee! "Indie said, laughing.

"Enjoy it girl, family first and all that". I said smiling.

"You're right I guess", Indie said sticking her tongue out at me and shrugging. I love you, and I'll call you later". Indie said, as she gave me a hug and ran off.

Since I've returned back to my old church, I do not really see Andre and Kevin on Sundays anymore. Unless there is a youth event  at their church or, I visit but we get it. Also we always make time for each other in the week. Whether it's talking on the phone, or meeting up they are my boys for life!

Uni gang: 1.11- 'Sarah'- "Hey my lovelies, so remember we are meeting up today at Top golf. Our pod is booked, and reserved for 3.30pm, can't wait to see you all! xxx".

Me: 1.13- "Yayyyyyy xx".

Ashleigh: 1.17- "See you at 3.30pm, can't wait!" xxx

Tom: 1.20- "gang, gang, gang. See you soon girls".

3.47pm-
Walking into 'The 02', after stepping out the Uber. I made my way up to 'Top Golf'. After lunch with the family, I got caught up watching 'Good Girls' on Netflix. I ended up leaving the house so late.

I didn't drive as I knew that I would have a drink or two.

"There you are", Ashleigh said as she walked up to me and gave me a hug.

"Forever late" Tom said, with a scoff.

"First of all, I am never late so check yourself before you wreck yourself. And secondly I'm here now, so what now?" I said, giving fake attitude to Tom. Twisting  my neck, and pouting, with continuous eye rolls, laughing.

"Yeah, yeah, yeah" Tom said. Smiling, pulling me into a hug not knowing how to reply.

"I've missed you" Sarah said, as she gave me a hug.

"I've missed you more" I replied and hugged her back.

"OK guys, I'm  going to walk you over to your area. Remember that it is booked for 2 hours, if you want to add extra time it will be an extra £10. I am Shane, and I will be your assistant for the time booked".
