Saturday-10.00am I finally had a lie in. After the usual morning routine, and prayers I went downstairs to see that my mum had made us all an amazing breakfast.
I chose to wear a lazy, stay at home outfit. Orange oversized jumper, black leggings and black woolly socks.
We all sat down for breakfast, and it was really nice. During the week, we were all so busy we hardly saw each other. I really cherished the weekends, because we got to spend time together.
After breakfast Isla, and I did the washing up whilst listening to 'Beyoncé- Drunk in love'. We were really getting into it as, water started to trickle on to the floor.
"Hey, hey, hey! I can see cracks in the windows, stop singing" my dad said covering his ears and laughing.
"Mimi get the mop, pleaseeeeee" he sang to the tune of 'drunk in love'. My dad made us laugh even more.
I quickly checked my phone, and saw a text from Kevin:
Kev: 10.30- "Hey Mils! You free this afternoon to watch a movie? You better be Dre, and Indie have already confirmed. See you at 1".
'I guess I do not have a choice', I texted back.
Saturday was so chilled at my house, Isla was now up in her room reading. My parents were in the cinema room, watching a documentary on Netflix all boo'd up/ cuddled on the sofa.
"Couple goals" I shouted out to them.
My Dad pulled a funny face, and my mum blew me a kiss.
"I'm off to Kevin's house" I said, letting the family know, as I picked up my car keys, put on my trainers, and walked out the door.
Sitting in my car I put the engine on, and then the heater as it was so so so cold! Driving off, the first song to play from my playlist was 'Nipsey Hussle- Double up'. I played it on repeat, until I got to Kevin's house at 1pm on the dot.
As soon as I arrived, I rang the door bell and Kev opened the door. Pulling me in, he gave me the tightest hug and kiss on the cheek.
"Come in, come in", Kevin said taking my hand, and walked me into the front room.
As I walked in, I saw the table littered with snacks and freshly ordered pizza.

"It's been a while that we have all spent time together, especially as we are all basically married off now" Kev said jokingly.
"Yh we are!" Andre said, whilst putting me into a head lock. I managed to shuffle free from his tight grip, and hit him with a pillow laughing.
"Why do you have to be so rough?" I said, fixing my hair.
Indie was just eating like nothing was happening. When Indie had food, she was blind and deaf to the world.
