Plan #19: Angel

I was holding the book in one hand and a pen on the other. I circled around the room thinking over, how can I execute Plan number six sucessfuly. I took a seat on the couch and glanced at the book where the plan was written. There was a check marked on the small box beside every plan which had been executed properly.

As time goes I was able to confirm that Plan number three is properly done. The gravity made them closer, even closer than what I expected. So, that was a check then.

Syempre as the gravity pull them closer love found a way toward the both of them though, it really took me time to confirm Plan number five, the result was indeed succesful that my best friend was able to move on from her heart breaking past. Hindi pa niya nakukuwento sa akin kung nakalaya na ba talaga siya sa alaala ng nakaraan I think it would be absurd if I try again to bring that topic up. If I would then it might ruined what I’ve started.

I looked down and glanced at the cream paper while holding the pen and continuosly clicking it.

“Then, plan number six is all that’s left.” Napahinga ako ng malalim. “Just this one, then everything is finished,” I whisper to myself.

Tinignan ko ulit ang huling pahina ng libro. Nakita ko ‘yong note at ‘yong kompletong address na may kasamang phone number ng publishing company.

 

Note: If the plan numbers one to four will be executed properly and correctly the accomplice has the right to contact us to give him/her help that he/she needs to execute the plan numbers five and six successfully.

It was almost afternoon ng makarating ako sa opisina ng Publishing House ng libro kung saan ako nagkaroon ng ideya about that mission thingy. Nakaharap ako sa facade ng building at sa hindi kalayuan ay tanaw ko na ang entrance nito. I was amazed by it’s façade. Halos mabali ang leeg ko habang ako’y nakatingala sa mala-skyscraper na building sa aking harapan na sa tingin ko ay aabutin ng isang daang sahig.

Nakatingala kong tinignan ang malaking kulay ginto at solidong metal na nakaporma sa bawat letra ng pangalan ng building. Naka-arko ito at nagsisikintaban ang bawat solidong metal sa tuwing tinatamaan ito ng liwanag na nanggagaling sa araw.

“Zeke Harper Publishing Company.” Binasa ko ang nakasulat dito.

Nagsimula akong maglakad papunta sa entrance ng building. Pagkatapos i-check ng guard ang aking bag ay dumiresto agad ako sa may information desk kung saan ay may isang magandang babaeng nakaupo.

Ngumiti ito sa akin ng ako’y papalapit sa kanyang direskyon.

Huminto ako sa harap ng solding batong mesa na siyang naghihiwalay sa aming dalawa. “Good morning ma’am,” bati nito sa akin sabay ngiti. I could barely see her eyes na natatakpan ng kanyang talukap.
