The next two days on the boat were pretty normal, I ate food.. did fun things.. turns out the boat had an arcade! And I met up with Flo a few more times, and we set up a place to meet once we get off the boat.
The ship had finally arrived in Hoenn, once the announcement came on that we were there, I returned my Pokemon, and collected my stuff so I could go.
I followed the line of people getting out to go to Hoenn, I was in my usual clothes.. usual for the disguise I mean.
I handed the lady at the desk my key to the room I was staying in and she thanks me like this, "Thank you for riding with us! We appreciate it." I nodded my head and proceeded off the boat.
Hoenn was colder then Jhoto was.. but that might just be because time has past, and winter got closer.
As I was walking to where we would meet up, I realized Flo didn't know a single Pokemon I had.. no big deal, she doesn't need to know.
It was just a thought that came to my head as I stuffed my hands in my coat pockets.
This city was really weird to me, not anything like what Jhoto was, a very different type of design going on.
I didn't pull up my GPS because I was in a new region, meaning I would have to set it up which would take a while for it to fully adapt. I figured I would do that during a break at some point.
After making my way through the maze of the city for around ten minutes, I finally found the Pokemon center. Flo and I decided to meet here because we probably wouldn't find each other in the crowd.
During those 3 days on the boat, I got to know Flo and the kind of person she was. Lemme tell you, she is really energetic. For some reason, she likes arguing to get her way, but gets way to happy so I always ended up winning the small arguments she made up.
I entered the Pokemon center, it looked almost exactly like Jhoto's Pokemon centers, but a little bit more advanced.
After looking around for a bit, I concluded that Flo hadn't arrived yet, and sat down on a bench provided for waiting costumers.
While I was there I gave my Pokemon to Nurse Joy, sadly, I couldn't get Meowth healed. Because he is a normal type, and I have 3 other ghost types, she'd probably call the cops on me.
She gave me my number tag, and proceeded to heal my Pokemon. Music played for a little bit until the nurse announced, "Number 47! Your Pokemon are all healed up!"
I jumped up from my seat and retrieved my Pokeballs from Nurse Joy.
"Thank you for waiting! We hope to see you again." Nurse Joy said cheerfully, handing me my Pokemon.
"Thanks.." I responded awkwardly, as I turned to walk away.
Before I could sit down again, Flo burst through the door.
"Autumn! Sorry I'm late, I just couldn't find the Pokemon center! And everything look so—" Flo trailed off with her excuse before I stopped her.
"I get it Flo, let's get on the road." I stated, walking past her towards the door.
"Okay!" She exclaimed happily, bounding over next to me. Arceus she is enrgetic! I told myself as we exited the Pokemon center.
I walked out of the town silently, while Flo was talking non-stop. "Why are we heading into the forest? We can explore towns! You know the next town is that why.. right? By the way—"
"I know what I'm doing!" I shot, continuing through the forest. Flo trailed behind me, looking at all the Pokemon.
"So how many regions have you traveled through?" She asked thoughtfully.
