Team Aeri [REWRITING]

Chapter Six

             I sat in my bed just reading a book, while Meowth and Rotom  played around, and the other two were being lazy like me.

I glanced at my watch, it was 12 pm, I had to get lunch started.

"Ugh.. I don't want to..." I complained to myself, quietly so that my Pokemon wouldn't hear.

"Anyone hungry?" I asked hesitantly, then began pleading Arceus they would say no.

"I am a little bit.." Banette responded.

The other three all said no, I was cheering inside my head as I told Banette he could go and eat some berries.

Banette shrugged as he got up and floated over to the fridge.

He pulled out a small container of Jaboca berries.

He floated back over to the couch and began munching on the yellow fruits.

Haunter looked over to the container, he stared at it for a minute before sneaking his hanwd in the bowl while Banette was looking away.

He smirked and threw the berries he managed to grab into his mouth.

Banette looked back, he didn't know Haunter had taken his food.

"I thought you weren't hungry!" I announced, blowing Haunter's cover.

Haunter froze and turned to me holding his finger up to his mouth.

I rolled my eyes and went back to my book.

Banette looked at Haunter curiously. He managed to catch Haunter shushing me and became even more suspicious.

Banette linked what I said with Haunter shushing me, and immediately realized Haunter had taken some of his berries.

Banette knew that the berries didn't belong to him so he didn't mind.. he was the responsible one. I know Haunter or Rotom would've slapped someone for taking a few berries.

I closed my book and just lay on my bed, staring up at the cave's ceiling. I did say I would build a storage room later... I thought to myself.

"Guys I'm going to the store! Rotom is staying out! I will pose as an electric trainer!" I announced, Haunter groaned loudly, he hated shopping, but he would be in his pokeball so what does it matter.

"Okay..." Banette responded, closing the container of Jaboca berries. He got up and went to put them away.

Meowth was new to this so he launched another question at me, "Why can't you go as yourself?"

"Meowth.. I have a bounty on my head.. I don't want to get caught.." I responded, I felt sad about it..I was just following my dream, why does this have to effect my life so much?

I returned all my Pokemon, except Rotom, and went into the bathroom to change into my disguise.

I didn't return Rotom because I wanted people to connect I was either ghost, or electric.. I always say electric so people at the shops have linked me in my disguise as an electric trainer.

I entered the bathroom and put in brown contacts and fake glasses. I looked in the mirror.. I looked really different already.. but that wasn't my entire disguise.

I pulled out brown and purple hair-dye and dyed my hair, mainly brown, but I put a purple streak in it for extra cover.

I always wear my hair down.. so I put it up in a pony-tail for extra caution.
