Chapter Twenty Six

            I felt a chill run up my spine as I slowly turned around to face whichever one of my allies had said that.

Both Flo and Max had shocked looked on their faces, Mason's smirk grew even wider.

"W-wait... why- why did you leave mom and I?" Flo asked, the shocked look remained on her face.

"Wait! Does that mean-" Max started, looking confused at Flo.

"You're.. related to me?!" Max and Flo exclaimed in unison, they both turned to Mason and Max added, "You never told me I had a sister!"

Mason's smirk just couldn't be wiped from his face as he started his explanation, "Your mother and I we.. weren't married when we had you two. We were 15.. far too young, neither of us could take on the responsibility of a family yet, so we each took one of you."

"You could've at least visited!" Flo shouted angrily, crossing her arms and turning away from her father.

"Too busy taking down my father's organization." Mason replied smugly.

"What do you mean 'taking down'?" I asked, now I was confused.

"My father, he was, a selfish man. I wanted to destroy what he had created, which is Team Aeri. One by one I'm taking down all the admins, then working my way down to the lower level members. Carson, my brother, tried taking you down, Autumn. A shame he had failed but uh, it doesn't matter now that you're here." Mason explained, grinning maniacally.

I grit my teeth, this idiot, he doesn't know what he has coming for him.

I gripped Haunter's pokeball in my hand, Mason shot a glance at it and said, "Oh Autumn, relying on your Pokemon as always, hmm?"

This tipped me over the edge, I released Haunter to take him down. Flo released Torracat, and Max released Kadabra.

Mason sent out his entire team, Alakazam, his starter. Lucario, Dragonite, Gallade, Midnight Lycanroc, and a red Gyarados.

I smirked, doesn't stand a chance, I grabbed my other 3 pokeballs and released my entire team. Flo and Max noticed this, releasing theirs to.

I saw Max's shocked expression when he saw Aura pop out from Flo's pokeball, but it was quickly lost with determination for winning.

"Sparky! Bolt!" I called out, the two small mice shot out of my bag and onto the ground in front of me.

The man in the chair sent out Pokemon to, Druddigon, Garchomp, Haxorous, Goodra, Flygon, and Salamence.

"Send attacks at your own will, I'll deal with this traitor.." I commanded, my Pokemon nodded in understanding and I shot across the small battlefield toward Mason.

His eyes widened as he saw me approaching, but before he could react, I kicked him in the stomach and stumbled back weakly.

Mason smirked and I saw him mutter, "It worked.." He returned my attack with his own punch, missing my head by mere centimeters.

I couldn't help but notice that Meowth wasn't doing too well in battle, he looked really drained, and his attacks weren't doing much damage.

I was snapped out of my thoughts as I was sent flying back by a punch in the gut, it wasn't a fair fight, a 13 year old versus a 27 year old.

Max and Flo were fighting the other guy, so Mason was the only one I had to fight.

I got back up and swiftly dodged another one of Mason's attacks, he made quick eyes contact with Dragonite. Before I could do anything, I was hit in the back by a dragon pulse attack.
