Chapter Fifty One: Cutting the Source

As Honest and Leone stare each other down, the glutton tosses aside his royal garb, revealing his fancy combat uniform underneath. "It was a long time ago, but a servant of mine explained to me how beneficial assassins would be to our wonderful Empire. Even though it was chaotic, you managed to reach here all by yourself. That just goes to show what use you all have. If only you would have worked for me, I could have paid you all handsomely.", Honest says as he takes his stance and prepares to fight. Leone gets low to the ground and shouts, "Like we'd work for someone as demented as you! We represent the people and their rage, not our own greed and gluttony! And I didn't make it here on my own. Everyone we've lost and everyone who's fighting out there, it's because of them that I can stand here!! For everyone's sake, I'll kill you one hundred times!!!", before rushing towards him like a primal beast. As she throws a powerful kick at his head, he manages to block it with his wrist before saying, "Then I'll kill you two hundred times!!" When she hears this, she growls viciously at him before unleashing a plethora of slashes and clawing at him wildly. He manages to parry all of her attacks before she goes for a hail-Mary downward slash with both her claws. He manages to dodge out of the way of her powerful attack, and as it claws part of the ground away, he counter attacks with a wall of powerful punches before landing one last super charged punch straight to her face, causing the girl to spit blood as she's sent flying back, skidding across the stone floor. "Your Imperial Arm is quite impressive. Lionelle, a belt type Imperial Arm that allows the user to transform into a beast, gaining its power and speed along with its senses. But you're still not strong enough to stand against someone like me!", Honest gloats with a grin on his face. Leone growls from the ground as she thinks, "I didn't know...he was this strong..!" "I refuse to die. Also, you're in my range.", he quickly replies before the gem in his circlet opens, revealing a bright shinning gem inside! As the light inside grows brighter, Leone's eyes widen in disbelief as the glowing gem shatters, causing the metal part of Lionelle to shatter along with it and forcing her back into her human form. "My-My Imperial A-", she begins to shout before being shot through the stomach and coughing up blood! As she looks to the Prime Minister, she sees he's holding the smoking gun, pointing it right at her with a stern glare as he says, "this is what you get for kicking my stomach." "My dream is to live until 130 years old, eating a lot of good foods, playing with beautiful women, and killing the ones who I don't like. To achieve this, my body is very important to me, so I get angry if I get attacked.", he begins to explain as he continues to point the gun at the girl. The girl falls face first, seemingly lifeless, and Honest lets out a disappointed sigh before saying, "Well, I ended up having to use up my Imperial Arm. What a bother. I wanted to leave it until the end, in case that dreaded Hitzugaea chose to betray us, but I guess that will have to be put on the back burner now, won't it?" The Imperial Arm upon the Prime Minister's head is known as the Erase Stone, an Anti-Imperial-Arm weapon that can break other Imperial Arms. Erase Stone can not be used until it regenerates after one week, but the Imperial Arm it destroys has no chance of regeneration on its own. "In the end, I relied on a hand gun. It seems I don't suit to a real fight.", Honest says with a slight chuckle as he looks to his revolver. When he looks back to his Lord, he sees the Supreme Imperial Arm reeling back from one of Tatsumi's powerful punches! "My Lord!!", he exclaims as the giant regains its balance and continues to block Minazuki's giant fist and Tatsumi's quick, yet powerful punches. As he walks to the ledge, he hears the sound of blood dripping behind him. He turns around to see Leone standing there, bleeding profusely from her wound, but still standing. "With, only this, I won't go down so easily!!!", the girl shouts as she rushes towards the man, ready to kill, but he doesn't seem phased. He quickly points his gun at her and says, "I don't have time for this.", before riddling the girl's stomach with bullets. With six holes in her gut, Leone falls over, unable to move, but still barely holding onto life. "Oops, looks like I spilled your dirty blood all over the Palace.", Honest says as he looks down at Leone's helpless body with a glare. He drags her near lifeless body over to the ledge as he says, "Trash like you doesn't belong in our wonderful Empire. Not in my Empire!" "Die on the ground, you bitch.", he says to the girl as he hurls her over the ledge to a giant drop all the way to the ground. As time seems to slow down, she looks up at the man, seeing his giant grin, she thinks, "You! Don't think I'll just die here!! I made a promise with Akame..one person...one kill..!!" She then looks to the ground as it quickly approaches, thinking of Minazuki's kind smile as she falls to her death. "I have to...go back to h-", she begins to think before colliding with the dirt. As every bone in her body seems to shatter and her guts spew out from her wounded stomach, blood splatters out from the impact, painting the ground around her red.
