I. Inpatient Medicine
Inpatient Medicine is one of the hardest rotations in residency. It is one of the most grueling as far as work hours is concerned, followed or equalled only by Inpatient Pediatrics. It is often looked upon with trepidation by interns, as it is the rotation where your medical knowledge is tested, and your stamina is pushed to its limits. Survive this unscathed, and you will do well. Cry at least once, and you will be in good company, as we all do it, at least once.
