::Liam's POV::

48 hours 54 minutes and... 35 seconds since I have last seen my beautiful mate. That may not seem like a lot, but to me it is.
I have marked her and yet, I know it isn't enough. The woman I love is walking around with nothing but a claim on her. It isn't enough.

I sighed in frustration and threw my head back, chanting the same thing in my mind over and over again- 'don't do it, don't do it' repeatedly for the past 43 hours.
This is annoying, frustrating and more. She is an alpha and that means that she can't be with me all day everyday. And yet my wolf howls for her, he wants his mate in his arms/paws. Her beautiful hair and creamy skin, I want to wake up with her at my side each and every day. To watch the rosy red reach her cheeks as I whisper sweet nothings in her ear. And then the size of her tummy as it swells with my pups. How much I really want to see her is rather alarming, and yet settling.

The string smell if perfume assaulted my nose and I wrinkled it up in disgust, oh great Tina is back.
She just walked into the room and slammed the door shut, she had a mischievous look on her face and a spring in her step. What has she done?

::Scarlett's POV::

Michael and Poppy left in a rush, trying to make time for the mating. It's sweet and I am so proud of them, my little brother and my other little sister. Uh no that just sounds bad- anyway.

My small smile dropped as the slut walked through my door, Tina walking through the door with a evil smirk on her face. What was she doing in MY pack? I growled lowly but she simply held up her hand. And I shook my head before sitting down, I'm not in the mods with fighting her on this.
"Hay ALPHA" she spat the word like a bad taste in her mouth, I growled again and stood up again walking over to her side. She tutted and stood up trying to match my height.

"Ok here is the deal. Leave Liam, tell him you reject him and don't love him. By all means mate with him first but then. Leave" she sneered and poked me in the chest. I shook my head and pushed her down in her seat.
"Why? What makes me listen to you?" I questioned blocking the door.

"Oh i don't know? Maybe the fact that I know about your brother. Your family and your step mother. Jane I think her name is. Not to mention the fact that the amber wolf is upon you. The war I believe" she said examining her nails, I sat in my sit dumbfounded. That means she-" you followed me" I mumbled.
Her fake plastic mouth turned up and she nodded. Then sitting up straighter she told me it all;
"I've been following you since I found out that your MY mates lover. Now I'm making a deal where I only win. Lug will reject Liam, but before you growl you can mate with him. That will combine your two packs together, anyway then leave. Go and be the moon goddess. I understand that you don't have her full powers yet, anyway. I will become Luna and owner of the packs. And you will have put the packs together and I'll have Liam while your on a cloud making decisions" she snaps standing up.

She knows, she followed me and then tried to kill me. She wants me dead so she can have my packs, she wants it all.
There is no other way is there?

Slowly I nodded dejected and she smiled leaving the room, meanwhile I sat there and thought about my training.
