Two years past generously. Eva apologized for her actions with Scarlet and they both ended up being really good friends. Tommy confronted Adam about Eva and told him that he would never in his whole life go after Adam's partner even if it was a life or death situation. They forgave each other and grew closer and closer as best of best friends. Eva and Ash also became closer once Eva forgave Ash for getting her drunk. Ashley and Tommy are married in the second year since they knew each other from the very beginning and decided that there was no time to waste. They wanted to travel the world together to perform leaving Adam and Eva alone in L.A. And now throughout the years, Adam's question was never answered nor even spoken aloud, though it still came through his mind various times. But at this moment, he finally had the guts to say it.

Adam's POV

I had to ask her. No, I need to ask her. As scary as my question might sound to her and I, but I am ready for it and willing to take part and support her when she does and does not need it.

She was in the kitchen making breakfast in our now brighter house. I strangely enough woke up after she did when it's usually the other way around. I walked to the bathroom to freshen myself up and practice saying what I was going to tell her in a couple more minutes though the practicing was no help. I kept screwing up every time by making it sound to demanding or too uncertain.

"Eva, I have been meaning to ask you if- no that sounds too innocent! You know what screw this. I'm just gonna wing it for the sake of my sanity." I told myself in the bathroom.

I got out of the bathroom and headed out the bedroom but stopped at the door that opens to the living room that exposes the kitchen to me. I took a deep breath and I let it out slowly.

"It's for us." I told myself over and over again in my head.

I opened the door and hoped for the best. Eva saw me enter the room and my presence brought a big smile on her face. She wore her usual pajama, a tank top and fuzzy short shorts. But her hair is much more longer now like the day I first met her.

"Good morning munchkin! I made some pancakes since we keep eating eggs and you know, all those good stuff. Oh and I put a variety of sliced fruits so you can make a face with them since I know you love doing that. And I put some chocolate chips there since you love chocolate so much." Eva told me.

"Wow it's like you know me from head to toe!" I chuckled as I sat myself down trying not to drool.

"I do actually." She replied.

"Oh yeah, I forgot about that."

Eva looked at me concerned.

"What?" I asked.

"You seem nervous. Why are you nervous?" She asked me while placing my plate on the table.

"Me nervous? Please. I am perfectly fine." I lied.

"Adam I know you are lying. Tell me, I won't judge you and you know that." Eva said.

She sat down and grabbed my hands into her own and gave me her full attention. She was waiting for me to tell her though I didn't know it was right for me to tell her.

"Okay. I will tell you. But please don't freak out." I told her.

"I won't because I took yoga for the past two years and I am now more relaxed remember? Now tell me." She reassured.

"Oh right. Well fine. I'll tell you." I sighed.

"Remember two years ago when Ash felt horrible because some guy didn't like her style?"
