Love Again

Chapter 16

Kailey was in the middle of hugging Niall and she was crying and he was trying to comfort her as best as he could. "Its alright. don't cry love." He said to her. Basically the same thing that happened with Ed is happening again but with Niall. 

Ed left early this morning and left to Germany. He left at like 5 this morning and woke me up, and I can't but reminisce the whole goodbye. 

"Angeeeel."  I heard someone say in my ear. I ended up turning over and saw Ed hovering over me. "I have to leave babe." I pouted and he laughed at me.

"Remember call me if you need to, don't hesitate. And if anything goes wrong go to Luke's he doesn't know about Luke. I've got 911 on your speed dial and I changed your number so he shouldn't be able to call you and Harry is leaving a bodyguard with both you and Shawna and Liam is leaving one with Nick which is odd....anything going on in that department?"

Shit. I remember Liam telling me about him crushing on Nick but maybe their just friends? "Uhm...nothing I know of. Now shoo you have a flight to catch." I replied quickly. He knew I was lying but he let it slip. 

"Alright," He kissed me deeply on the lips for the last time for a couple months "Please be careful if I get another call about shit I might just go kill him myself." He said and I smiled.

"Alright go asshole before Stuart gets up your ass about it." And i kissed his lips really quick and left.

But I can't help but think goodbye is all we've been saying to each other lately. When we got in that fight, then again months later and him getting shot, then him losing his memory and me getting in an accident. It's all too much sometimes. All the sudden my flat's door swung open. It was Nick and he looked frantic.

"Nick are you okay?" I asked him and he comes up to me and grabs me by the shoulders.

"I need to talk to you about something completely serious." 

"Alright. So me and Liam have been talking like all the time, and god he's just perfection I mean his muscles and just ugh," He starts rambling going on this whole thing of saying how perfect Liam is but I've heard it so many times I just zoned out waiting till he was done.

"I just he acts like he wants the dick. And well....I don't just wanna come on to him." He finally says.

Wait. What?

"Wait has he like come onto you?" He shakes his head no and looks kinda sad about it. "Well he did leave a security guard with you. That should tell you something right?"

"But he says we're just friends. But like, okay he hugged me longer than a couple seconds it was like he was never going to see me again." He said. Alright i've got to tell him, I mean it wouldn't hurt to just tell him Li has a crush on him but then again he doesn't even know he's gay.

"Alright I'm going to tell you something and you have to trust me 100%. Liam is totally infatuated with you he told me himself and he's also gay I can't believe he didn't tell you and oh my god he told me he was going to tell you when i saw him before he left and godddd."

He was just staring at me like I just told him wearing socks with flip flops was acceptable. "You're lying to me, he would never just be gay out of the blue and then like me I mean look at me." 

"They haven't left yet. Go to the floor down to his flat and when he opens the door you kiss him on the mouth and i guarantee he will kiss you back. just don't...you know sleep with him." I told him and he nodded his head and ran out of my flat.

"So have you guys said you love each other since you know he remembered everything?" Shawna asked. I nodded my head yes.

"Yea but...I mean it was before we left to the Bahamas but..we haven't really said it since, like at all." 

She looked at me and she looked like she was thinking. "Did he say it this morning before he left?" I shook my head no. Now that I think about it he didn't.

"What if....what if he just doesn't love me anymore?" I asked her. 

"No. There's no way. He does. He talks to Harry about you like constantly, like your all he talks about, I swear. You guys have the rarest most raw kind of love there is, you've both went through so much to be with each other there's no way he doens't love you."

I decided to listen to her but just texted him.

Me: I love you.

But I never got a response. 

I decided to go over to Luke's with Kailey, and of course Michael is over here and she's flirting with him and he's flirting back a little. What the hell.

 "What's wrong?" Luke asked.

"A lot Luke. A freaking lot."

"Would you like to elaborate?" I took a deep breath and decided to tell him.

"Well I probably just broke Liam's trust telling Nick he was gay and that Liam had a crush on him and telling Nick to go kiss him and then there's those two over there," I pointed to Kailey and Michael.

"She's flirting with him and he's flirting back and then there's Ed. He hasn't told me he's loved me since we left to the Bahamas. He didn't tell me he loved me before he left and I texted him earlier saying I loved him but I never got a response back."

He takes a moment to take everything I just told him all in. "Wait so you think that he doesn't love you anymore?" I nodded my head yes.

"You're fucking insane. you know that? He loves you more than life itself, you can't doubt that." 

"I don't know I just...I know he isn't busy and I don't know I just, what if he really didn't remember and he's just pretending for my sake?" 

"I really doubt that if you wanna make sure ask him when you skype with him the next time. But I'm sure he does he wouldn't lie." I nodded my head. This is why Luke and me are better off friends, I like him better off as my guy best friend.

A/N: alright i know this might be short but i plan on doing a double update tonight. another update in a couple hours probably at like midnight or 1 am. Picture of Nick on the side, and the salute video because little mix is life.
