Chapter 50

I had gotten to the airport in no time but had no idea where the gate was so I went around to one of the attendants to ask where flights to London are boarding.

"Excuse me miss," I tapped her on the shoulder asking kind of shaky from crying. "Where are flights for London boarding?" I asked.

"Uh, go straight down and to your left and straight down that hallway." She explained and I raced down the hallway pushing my way through everyone, I knew Ed was somewhere near because I saw paps everywhere, and I mean everywhere. 

Shit. They've noticed me. Fuck. 

"Courtnie, courtnie courtnie." They were all shouting at me.

"Where's Ed?" One of them asked.

"Why are you crying? Did you guys break up?" 

"That's none of your business now please just leave me alone." I said angrily and pulled my hood up and pushed my way through all of them and finally I saw Stuart's head and not too far ahead of him was Ed.

"Ed!" I screamed and he turned his head and saw me and that's when I started crying even harder and collapsed to the ground. I felt like I couldn't breathe because I was crying so hard, my lungs felt like they were on fire.

He ran over to me and moved my hair out of my face. "What are you doing here love?"

"I'm-I'm-I can't bre-breathe."

He crouched down to the ground. "Babe come on breathe okay."

"I-I-I need you-you-you can't le-leave m-me." 

"Wh-it's okay, we're fine I promise. You had every right to leave after what I said, it's okay love." He said and cupped my cheek.

"I-I wanna g-go home." I hiccuped.

"Baby you gotta stop crying so hard, you'll make yourself sick." He said. I didn't say anything in reply so he just picked me up bridal style and carried me over to where he was sitting.

"Stu, change of plans I've got to take her to her sisters and make sure she's okay, I'm staying with her for the night and I'll come back tomorrow sometime I'll get the first flight out." He explained without Stuart responding and left with me in his arms.

He took a back exit so we wouldn't be caught by paps. "Ed." I whimpered.

"Shh. You're alright just calm down," He said while he sat down on a nearby bench.

"Breathe with me. In," He said and I breathed in. "And out." He said and I breathed out.

"Now keep doing that and you'll be fine."

I had finally calmed down enough to talk to him about an hour later, which by the way we were still sitting on the bench.

"Why'd you run? What'd I say to you? Hm?" He asked.

I was really hesitant to tell him because I didn't know if he knew what Harry had told me.

"You-you basically told me that you were doing the secretary at the studio." I stated. He had a bunch of different looking feelings in his eyes. Anger,sadness and something else I couldn't decipher.

"Ed...?" I asked.

"She took advantage of me didn't she?" He asked.

Shit. He didn't know. "Yes." I whispered.

"Look, lets get you back to Kailey's okay?" He said and lifted me to my feet and we walked the rest of the way to Kailey's house.

We had finally arrived and I had gotten tons of questions from Kailey and had to explain everything to her. She knew I was heartbroken over him when I had came here so she was very very hesitant to let him in the house.

I walked into the bedroom I was staying in but I didn't see him and looked over into the bathroom and saw him staring in the trash. "Ed..." I said.

"What's this?" He asked holding up a pregnancy test. My heart dropped, no one was supposed to know I took one. I was taking one to be on the safe side because I felt more sick than I should've been feeling lately and I needed to make sure I wasn't pregnant but me and Ed always use protection so....

"Uhm, a pregnancy test." I stated.

"Is it yours?" He asked seriously.

I tried to look anywhere but him but he lifted my chin and made me look at him. A tear rolled down my face and I nodded my head yes.

"Are you pregnant baby?" He asked.

"I don't know I never looked at the results because Kailey came in and gave me a ticket to your show and I decided to go."

"Well I don't know if it's positive or not, you look." He said and handed it to me.

I looked at it and I really didn't want to look down at it but I did. And it was positive.

"We're pregnant Ed." I stated.
