I looked up to everyone waiting on train my double vision starting and colliding back to normal for bit before doubling again. I quickly summoned my weapon, and dug into the tree branch. I made a little hole to hold the spear pointing up. After putting the spear in an upright position, I started climbing the rope.

"Cory, what are you doing?" A voice from above me ask, but I was to focused to know who it was. After getting up the rope a good way, I started talking to the being inside me. "So you think you are gonna take this body?" I asked, through clenched teeth. "In a few more minutes, I know I will take over your body." He said with an evil snicker.

Soon enough, after the sun went down. The bones in my body started to ache, and made little noises of disapproval. "Haha. It is my time now" He said as my bones started to move under my skin. "Guys, I'm sorry. I just can't fight him much longer. Gena. Be strong!" I shouted to them. I could feel him slipping into my body, like I was a pair of pants or something. I smiled and said: "Pedicabo ego vos." Before letting go of the rope.

"Cory!" "No!" "Why?!" Is what I heard in slow motion as I fell. The wolf cursed at me, and shouted in my skull as we fell. His voice only lasted a few seconds, then I was snapped back to reality. The branch I was previously on, caught me. I didn't feel any pain, until I looked at my chest. The spear I had placed, worked exactly how I wanted to.

Pain erupted throughout my body, starting from my chest, and my back. "I'm so tired of getting pushed around, by you immortal bas..." My sentence was cut off by blood that I started to cough up. "Bas...bastards. If my body dies, then you have no vessel." I finished as my vision darkened my left eye. "See my body is already breaking down." I said with a smile, but coughed up more blood.

"Why do you smile even though you will die?" The wolf asked, in a confused tone. "It's funny. I hate seeing people I care for frown. So I make sure no one I care for has to see me frown." I answered, but started to feel a coldness creep over me. Visions of other people who looked like me fighting, bleeding, shouting in distant places. They weren't my memories but they felt so real. Gold light flashed on my hands for a second, a blue light in my dark eye, scales flashed all over my skin. All these happening for a split second but never returned. Must have been just my dying mind I thought.

"Well to bad you won't die just yet." He said with a small laugh. Looking at my chest I can see a faint glow. Suddenly my arm moved, but not under my control. It gripped the spear and pulled it out with ease.

The wounds started to close, and my bones snapped as my body rose from the branch. I felt my self get pulled back, into a dark room. I was now just a part of the subconscious.

("Give me the mic." "No Gena it's my story" "Well I don't think people want a inside part. So give me the mic." "Fine here.")

Hi I'm Gena and I... ("Gena we aren't starting from the beginning." "Ok ok.")

Looking down at Cory pulling a spear out of his body, my blood ran cold. "I'm going down, hold the rope." I said, while rushing to grapple down the outside of the train. Once I got to the bottom, and carefully got onto the large branches, I was confronted by Cory. "You should have stayed in the train." Cory said. Although it sounded nothing like him. "Cory? I saw what happened and..." He grabbed my throat hard, silencing me. He held me in the air, and dangled me over the ground far below. "I guess I will get a snack soon." Was all he said, as his grip got tighter.

Bones started to move under his skin, and hair broke out in thick patches. They grew fast, blending into a cloud of fur, white fur. 'Not Cory.' I told myself.

Black flames burst through my finger tips, burning the furry arm holding me. I then kicked off him, and flipped backwards. It took me a second to grab my axe and dig it hard into a near by branch. Looking up from the tree I could see the creature grab ahold of the rope.

With one strong tug, the rope snapped near the top. "Gena, we will find a different way down." Serena called down to me. As I got my weapon unstuck and dropped to the lower branch I heard a laugh. "You should hear him right now. Begging me not to hurt you, begging me to just walk away." He taunted me with his blue eyes shining through the moonless night. "Shut up. Cory wouldn't be.." I was cut off by more taunting. "He sounds so weak. Like a frightened child."

"You don't know Cory, he is stronger than that. He has looked after me, despite the way I acted." I didn't notice the shakiness in my voice until I was done talking. His taunting had gotten to me.

He sprang down the tree towards me, he was fast. He slashed at me with razor sharp claws that cut through branches that stood between me and him. Getting unbelievably close, his body seeming to gain height and mass as time went on.
