I speed down the hallway feeling so embarrassed.
Why did I write that WHY OH WHY ! Ugh if only Gilbert hadn't sat next to me...
I can't go in that classroom again. I can't face those people.
I left my books in there as well
"Shit..." i whisper to my self, my head resting on my locker.
Then all of a sudden i feel a hand on my shoulder its sends a shock all the way through my body.
"Are you okay?" Gilbert asks.
I just burst into more tears and he pulls me into a warm embrace. He smells of mens spray but for some reason it feels natural and comforting. After a few moments i pull away wiping my tear stained cheeks.
"Im so embarressed"
"Its all my fault..." he says
"But its my fault for writing rude things" i blush looking at him
"No i was the one that started it with my whole 'your apple'" he stared deep into my eyes
I chuckled.
"I guess your the apple im the carrot" i giggle.
We just laughed before walking back towards the dreaded classroom.
LUNCH:
I had cheerleading tryouts to judge along with Josie,Ruby and Diana so we met up with the squad later then usual.
Gilbert and I didn't mention our cuddle in the hallway when they all started talking about what happened in the lesson, news travels fast especially when it's to do with Gilbert.
I may be popular but Gilbert is basically God at this school everyone is crushing on him and he's the captain of the football team so why wouldn't they.
I know what your thinking I'm head cheerleader he's captain of the football team we're basically 'destined' but we don't see it in that way we're obviously just friends although part of me didn't want to be.
Later that day:
As I'm exiting school I see Ruby flirting with Gilbert, I nearly throw up in my mouth. But I'm happy for her she deserves some one like him...

I shove the thoughts out of my head and got into my car and drove home as quick as I could.
When I arrived home I ran up stairs and flopped on my bed, I pulled out my phone and saw u had one snapchat from Gilbert and a text on the group chat,
I opened the snap
It was a picture of him and Moody, Moody was stuffing his face with cake. I giggled lightly.
The caption was 'isn't moody just a mood and btw you looked beautiful in your ig story' I smiled and replied back "yes he's such a mood lmao"
He opened the chat in an instant
Wow he must have some free time
I then looked on the gc
Billy: hey you guys going to Moody's party tonight?
Gilbert: yeah
Ruby: yeah definitely since Gilbert's going ❤️
Gilbert: are you going Anne?
Josie: definitely going let's get drunkkkk
Cole: I've gone back to charlotte town so cant make it
Gilbert: Anne?
Diana: Anne and I will be there
Anne: Wait I didn't agree to this ...
Gilbert: great
Diana: your going
Josie: don't be a wimp Anne we are all going
Anne: fine now I actually have to get changed
Ruby: I'm sure you will look gorgeous
Gilbert: you always do *message deleted*
Anne : wait what
I throw my phone onto my bed
What to wear?
I decide on a black sparkly mini dress with fishnets and knee high boots
I put my hair half up half down and reapply my make up
Soon the time comes around to meet the squad at the designated space
I run downstairs yelling up to Matthew and Marilla "I'm going over Moody's with mates be home late" and I run out the door.
