The school day passed with a breeze.
Anne didn't have any lessons with Gilbert that day so they couldn't have an awkward conversation telling each other to forget the events of that morning.
Anne was happily walking out of fourth period and heading to the lunch hall.
When she entered she saw all her friends sat around their normal table. Including Gilbert.
Anne wasn't normally someone to talk about personal details in front of fellow classmates but it had to be done.
Anne quickly waltz up to the table and slammed her tray on the table everyone turned to see her slide onto the seats.
"Hey!" She exclaimed smiling at everyone. Everyone weakly smiled back except Gilbert who was blushing.
Anne then noticed their heads turning back and forth between the couple who were sat opposite each other.
"So Gilbert.." Anne started
She didn't notice everyone eyes nearly bulge out of their sockets.
"This morning, I get it guys have that thing that happens a lot. And I know your you and yeah....so I'm....um... we'll forget about it as your thing is your private business but just remember No Nut November's coming up so be careful!" She laughed at the end.
No one else laughed.
They all gave her shocked expressions and raised eyebrows.
"What?" She asked.
Before she could comprehend what was happening, a bright red faced Gilbert stood up and stormed out the room.
Anne realised she shouldn't have said anything in front of anyone.
She quickly stood and ran out following him.
