i wrote this when i was like 13 and didn't know how to write well- also ignore all the cringy author notes i actually hate myself for writing that💀
the original description:
Based on the ship Shirbert...
"Stop it!" Diana yelled as i threw a handful of flour at her. It landed on her face. She looked stunned, but then gave a sly grin before retaliating. Soon we were both covered in flour on the floor of Dianas kitchen in peals of laughter. "Thank lord the cakes are in the oven or they wouldnt be edible" i laugh. Suddenly Mrs Barry stormed in. "Girls!" She exclaimed a shocked expression climbed onto her face. They went silent and sat in the pile of flour awkwardly. "What were you thinking? Clean this mess up now or i will disallow you to see Anne for a whole week" she threatened. Before storming out of the room. The girls laughed and got too work.

Anne had decided to wear a pair of tight blue denim short and a black bralette with a blue denim jacket on top, she paired it off with black high tops.
She let her hair loose in curls and put on a fair amount of makeup.
"I'm going to meet a friend be back later!" She yelled as she was scrambling down the stairs.
When she got to the door she flung it open and raced out side dragging the shocked Gilbert along with her.
"What's the rush?" Gilbert asked "I'm hungry" she said as her and Gilbert got into the car. He smiled at her and planted a soft kiss on her lips. "You look stunning" he said looking her up and down
