"Morning!" Kairi said cheerfully as you came skidding to a stop, you inhaled as Hayner slumped into his seat.
"That is- the last time... we let Nyx drive us." He said, Kairi giggled and Roxas turned to look at you both.
"What happened?" He asked, you breathed a sigh of relief as you finally registered Lexaeus was there yet.
"He got lost." Hayner muttered, Ven chuckled. You glanced at the door as Lexaeus walked in.
"Good morning class. Today we will be doing Pythagoras Theorem... but before that during your seventh class there will be an announcement." He glanced around the room as everyone slowly craned their necks to look at you and your brother. "That has nothing to do with the royal family." He muttered, everyone glanced away sheepishly before glancing around the room. "Nor do we have any new students!" He barked, you pursed your lips together trying not to smile as Lexaeus began his very long lecture.

You had sat down next to Zexion in English when Zack bounded in with Reno and Axel on his heels. They glanced in your direction and pouted.
"Aw again... sit with us next time okay {Name}?" Zack pleaded, you gave a small chuckle as Zexion rolled his eyes.
"You are such a child." He mumbled, Axel raised his hand to his ear.
"Didn't quite catch that." He mused, as they went and sat down. You glanced over at Yuffie who smiled at you before Serah leant forward as Luxord walked in.
"So what do you think the announcement is about?" She whispered, you shrugged your shoulders as you got ready to write more of your essay following the guidelines Luxord was writing up on the board.
"Could be anything." You replied, Zexion glanced at you and you smiled back.
"You don't happen to have anything else to tell us?" He asked, you chuckled and shook your head.
"Nope. We're good... wouldn't this news be about the school?" You asked, Genesis gave a nod of the head.
"Obviously, everyone just needs to calm down, it can't be that important because they didn't announce it at the beginning of the day." He said, you all heard someone clearing their throat and you all glanced up at Luxord.
"I never thought I'd be telling my best students off. But please refrain from talking. You need to be working silently for your graded essays." He said, you felt your cheeks redden. Zack, Axel and Reno began to laugh.
"First time ever the nerds got told off." Reno laughed, Genesis and Zexion glared over at the trio as you glanced down back to your work.

The rest of your classes had gone by in a blur and you were now sat in ICT, flanked by the Sinclair twins.
"So the announcement, who else is excited?" Reno asked, you shook your head as you loaded up your computer.
"I am." Namine said, you all glanced at her. She blushed slightly and ran her fingers through her hair. "It could be good news." She whispered causing everyone to chuckle. The door opened and Sa'ix walked in.
"Good afternoon class, as you know we have a special announcing, so please stop what you are doing and listen carefully." He sighed her opened his planner before glancing up.
"As you know we are coming up to Halloween. So we are announcing the Halloween bash." The class cheered in excitement and Sa'ix sighed. "It will be hosted at the same place as last year as we have an affiliation with the bar. We will also be allowing students to dress up on Halloween as well. On the bash please refrain from making fools of yourselves... there will also be chaperones which will be announced nearer the time." He said simply, Axel smirked.
"Wanna stay home that night? We don't need anymore scary monsters." He said, Sa'ix raised an eyebrow.
"Detention." He closed his eyes before sitting down ready to leave the class to gossip about the Halloween party.
"Worth it." Axel said, Ven laughed as you shook your head in amusement.

"I can't believe it's the Halloween bash soon!" Kairi squealed grabbing on to you as you entered home Ec. You laughed as you sat down on your seat.
"We have to all get together soon to talk about costumes! Oh and going around the neighbourhood! You're gonna love trick or treating here!" She squealed, you were about to respond when you heard an amused laugh behind you.
"Aren't you a bit too old to be going trick or treating?"
The two of you scowled and turned to face Vanitas.
"Just because you're no fun doesn't mean we can't have fun." You said frowning. He smirked and shrugged his shoulders as Kairi folded her arms.
"So I take it you won't be coming to the bash this year either?" She said curtly. Vanitas grinned and leant closer to her.
"Oh I never said I woudn't go. I think I'll have a lot of fun with you all." His eyes on you before they flickered to beside him, Ven and Hayner were stood with their arms folded scowling at Vanitas. Vanitas titled his head to the side, before stepping backwards. You and Kairi sighed and turned to the guys.
"Looks like we have three people to worry about at the bash this time." Kairi muttered sadly, you placed a hand on her shoulder smiling brightly.
"We don't need to worry about anyone other than us! We're gonna have a great time! We rarely do Halloween at Hollow Bastion! So this will be amazing!" You said excitedly Hayner nodded. Roxas smiled.
"Well consider this the best Halloween you will ever have!" He declared, you all nodded and Larxene walked in ushering the boys to their seats as you and Kairi set yourselves up ready to make curry before the end of the day.
